Review Freshii - Sault Ste. Marie

I wish I had something positive to say about my meal from Freshii that cost me $19 but I don't. The salad was soggy, way too much dressing. There was added water from somewhere, making this salad a literal lettuce soup. It was so gross I couldn't eat any more of it. Unfortunately, this is not my first issue with the food quality. The owner is very nice and he accommodated my last issue - and the daughter of the owner made my food last time and it was amazing. This time, not so much. I can't justify spending a high price on something that I can't eat. Very disappointed.

Amazing food, quick service, fixes any mistakes in a heartbeat. Am addicted to this place. I'm unsure how old the staff is but they always seem to be beefing each other like a highschool drama whenever I go in. On that note, where's that cool blue haired team lead go?? She was always so polite, courteous, and quicker than a bunny! Hope to see her behind the counter again, always made my day :) *Edit to add I only gave 4 stars due to the staff problems. It's been hit or miss walking in there whether they're beefing or not

Very friendly staff. Tried the tortilla soup for the first time and it was exceptional! Bamboo bowl is usually my favorite but had a strangely the mushrooms were SO salty they had to be picked out and discarded. I've never had that before - pretty sure it's a fluke.

Hard to find places to go with keto options but luckily freshii is here. Friendly staff helped me figure out what to get and what better place to go to after a hard work out at fit 4 less? Healthy and tasty come together here.

Really friendly staff, the food tastes great and there are options for different diets and preferences (spicy-no spice, meat - tofu), big portions (I can take half home and have another meal, or split a wrap with someone), the location is nice.

Variety of tasty healthy food, the staff are really helpful and nice. The atmosphere is fantastic too. Their frozen yogurt is absolutely delicious and amazing! Don't miss it out.

Loooove this place. Had a longer than usual wait one day and the Manager gave out coupons for a free meal next time, staff are always super friendly, everything is fresh and amazing. Only wish they had a couple more keto options as a chain. Caulirice would be an amazing option for a bowl, and maybe a keto smoothie option or lower carb option of sorts would be great :)
