Customer service is always above par.

My mom and I went here yesterday and ordered from drive thru. I ordered a Bacon Deluxe Meal and she ordered a Dave's Single with an Apple Pecan Salad, we also got 6 Chicken Nuggets for our dog. When we got home we realized that they forgot her Salad. She called and because of it being a 15min drive
Really good experience should be 4 and half. Only reason not 5 is a long line up at lunch.
