The food was very good. We had the ribeye steak, steak& lobster, ribs and the grilled shrimp and they all had very good flavor. The steak was tender and the ribs were fall off the bone tender and the waiter was kind enough to let me taste the barbecue sauce before I put my order in because I was unsure ... loved the ribs and the ribeye. The food was so good that we ate dinner at Gliss 2 out of the 3 nights we were in Sault Ste. Marie. The wait staff was very helpful, nice and attentive

AMAZING FOOD! The texture of the Beef Tartlet appetizer is absolutely divine, their fresh Whitefish Dinner, impeccable Steak and Seafood, and crispy, savoury Risotto Balls make this a must-dine en route to our camp.
I crave their fresh Greek Salad with delectable viniagrette every time I dine on sub-par tasteless salad in "authentic" Greektown in our hometown of Toronto. The owners don't cut corners on ingredients...No Bacon Bits, sparse Feta or Head Lettuce to be found (coughhh...Giovanni's).
I've never had anything but exceptional service and sublime food here...perhaps the One Star Wonders who preceeded me should realize you reap what you sow in life.....AND the service industry. I always treat servers with utmost courtesy and respect, and can count the number of times I have had poor service on one hand in the last 20+ years of dining out at least three times a week. Check yourself, and the attitude you waltzed in with before you ream the service in a restaurant. Is it really about the service, food quality or price point? Perhaps the common denominator is you?
