Delicious german cuisine in the restaurant and lounge. Amazing Schnitzel and spaetzle with sauce! (see photo). German beers available and a selection of wine. The service is great, welcoming friendly and efficient. Open to the public but members get a discount on food. This is a good place for both small and large groups. Private rooms also available for functions such as wedding, meetings etc. This area is also used during folkfest as the german pavilion. Highly recommended.

We eat here pretty regular especially when I want schnitel. Food is always excellent and service it good. Fridays the have a little musical entertainment.

My husband and I chose the German Cultural Centre for our NYE wedding last year. One reason we chose this venue was because of the number of people they can accommodate. We had approximately 190 people in the Edelweiss hall comfortably. Shandra the events coordinator that we worked with was always very accommodating answering any questions we had. A bonus with this venue is that they can provide head table back drops and fancy linens at an extra charge but it is cheaper then renting or buying someplace else. The food was standard but they have many menu options to choose from. We chose buffet style for our guest and we were served at the head table. This venue normally allows you to bring in your own bar but because we were getting married on a holiday we were unable to do so. The bar that was provided had standard beverages such as hard liquor and canned beer but it had no extras such as bar lime, grenadine or other canned options. This venue was great to host a wedding and I would definitely book with them again.

We often come here for meals and some events. If you're just here for a meal, don't be afraid if the parking lot looks busy as it's likely due to an event in the back. The food is consistently good, and occasionally great or even amazing, especially with a pint of German beer. Love their Oktoberfest. I'm not a fan of their live entertainment in the restobar, but my girlfriend likes it, so... Still 5 stars.

Team is friendly, place is clean and bright food is freshly made to order. Little on the pricey side but large portions. Thought the meal was rather bland but appetizers were awesome!

Been a long time since I've had legitimate German food. This place nailed it. I had rouladen and my wife got schnitzel, both were delicious and the serving sizes were huge; you definitely get what you pay for. Really worth checking out!

Held Grandmother's funeral here. Buildings is nice and clean. Had a fruit and dessert "buffet" catered by them afterwards. Staff very friendly and kept up with the demands of 300+ people.

Great place for events. Amazing staff helped and put up their own decorations then took them down. Food is plentiful and tastey well worth the price.

This is my wife’s and my go-to-place. The food is authentic and awesome. Sunday morning buffet is to die for. And very reasonably priced. You won’t be disappointed.

Great place gives you that feeling of little bit out of town feeling the food is all right lots of parking for Weddings or special events it's great and that's why I got a v the catering aspect of the food is Fantastic Four Weddings and special occasions

Great experience! The restaurant (Gasthaus) and event facilities are excellent. The German Pavilion at Folkfest is major fun. Would happily recommend to my friends, or anyone who is booking a wedding or an event, to call them. You don't have to be a member, but members get extras and privileges that are well worth it. Danke.

I attended their first ever Robbie Burns night last night. It was a great evening! The food was awesome and very reasonably priced , the entertainment was top notch and they even had some very nice decorations up to put you in the Scottish spirit!! My only complaint was the wine was grossly overpriced for the size of the glass. So I just didn’t have any!! I’ve eaten at the restaurant there on several occasions and have always had amazing food and service. The Sunday Brunch buffet is so good especially the dessert table and very reasonably priced! Would highly recommend this restaurant to all .

Our family comes here often for Sunday Brunch. Best in the City. I didn’t think they could do much better, but just had Mother’s Day brunch here for the first time, and they really outdid themselves. Best brunch ever. Amazing food, live music, kids area and balloons, and roses for the moms. Service was top notch. Big thanks to Cindy and the entire staff team!

Working in entertainment I eat out 5 days of the week. This Saturday I had the most amazing supper buffet. Everything was on point. Wide selection of food and the prime rib I could cut with my fork. An experience I will never forget.

I really enjoyed the Country Music Cross Country Show Band , along with my friend . The Band performed and sang excellent songs . Thanks again for the 2 free tickets to the show !!

It was the scene of a very very cold but still a warm and lovely event nine years ago!

Amazing!!!! Came for the first time for brunch.....wow! Delicious!!!!! Will be back with friends and family for sure!

The only problem is broscht should be Borscht in your poster. Never been to your Cultural centre so here's wishing you a great New Years.

Double review :) I adore coming here for Sunday brunch. The food is always excellent and service is wonderful. I also had the experience of having a table at the first outdoor trade show/craft sale/garage sale they had, and although the weather wasn't really cooperating, I enjoyed it, and my kitty enjoyed himself for the most part too and was a good demonstrater :) I look forward to the indoor one in Oct.

Food and service was amazing! Definitely going back soon.
