First time trying. Service was great, food was absolutely great. Had the sweet mongolian with chicken. Tried the green onion cakes. Fluffy and good with no greasy tatse or texture. My kid had the jungle noodles which were just as good as the main courses. Definitely recommend to anyone.
Love this place! Quick, fresh, and delicious food every time. The atmosphere is a mix between fast food and sit down restaurant, which is great for a quick sit down meal.
Tasty food, just wished they focused a bit more on cleanliness- bussing tables, wiping tables, etc.
Excellent fresh food. Well priced . Friendly staff. Yummy!
Pretty good. The food was pretty good. It reminded me of the food you would get at a food court except it's in a restaurant setting. Thai Express in the food court comes to mind. The ingredients were fresh and didn't take too long to wait. The noodle dish was flavorful and had a good amount of heat (spiciness). My only concern was it was more expensive than I expected. I think you would get a more reasonably priced meal at a typical Asian restaurant with similar quality. It's close to my home so it's convenient since there aren't any decent Asian restaurants in my area.
Super good super fresh super friendly

Made fresh with quality ingredients !! We love it!
I like Wok Box, and I'm not really sure what a lot of people complain about in the reviews. It's a chain restaurant and typically those are quite generic and sometimes even over priced. It's an easy pick for me when I don't exactly feel like experimenting, because the food is always good enough.
Always a great dining experience. We dine at Wok Box at Unitversity Heights fairly often and always have a great experience. I have a son that can't have gluten or milk ingredients and the staff have always been knowledgeable on what meals he can have. The staff is always friendly & the meals are always piping hot.. Sometimes the wait can be a little long during meal times, but it is freshly cooked for you when you order.
Generic and unauthentic but satisfying. The only think worth ordering from Wok Box is a noodle box, if you're looking for full size dishes like Ginger Beef there are much, much better places to order from. However if you're like me and you just like noodle stir fries then Wok Box is amazingly convenient and casual, if a bit uninspiring. It's over $10 for a noodle box but considering the large portion I don't think it's overpriced, though the other dishes seem to be a bit expensive. The noodles and sauces are delicious, I recommend Chow Mein noodles and the Singapore Cashew sauce, but the amount and quality of meat included is definitely lacking. I mostly like Wok Box because everything is cooked fresh, not spooned out of a prep bucket in a terrifying dungeon of a kitchen and warmed up.
If you're looking for something authentic, Wok Box is certainly not for you. If you just want a large and fresh noodle stir fry then Wok Box can deliver well.
Pretty, pretty, pretty good.. Great place to grab a quick lunch. Portions are great for the price, food quality excellent. You'll have to wait a little while for your food to be ready, but I add that up to how busy this place seems to be whenever I'm there. The butter chicken rice box is outstanding.
The butter chicken is fantastic! Great for adults and kids!
I go there fairly often and have always had a good experience. I like to try different things off the menu, but my husband always gets the butter chicken and loves it, and we often get the pot stickers to share. Is it gourmet? No, but I find it tasty, chock full of veggies and a decent price.
Great stuff. I was expecting greasy Chinese fast food. Instead I got fresh veggies and a wonderfully seasoned meal! I will definitely come back here.
