Good experience with the food and service. Not overly priced and they're food doesn't leave you feeling sick. Only suggestion would be to improve the seating.
I love their Bavarian Cream croissant, the croissant is crispy on the outside and a little soft on the inside. It have some layers to it. They also have chocolate in the croissant. The cream was delicious!
I also have their Huevos rancheros as breakfast. It is hearty but refreshing with lots of vegetable on it(tomatoes, cilantro, pickled pepper? And Avocado) The two sunny side up egg and the cheese on the tortilla makes it a little heartier, which leave me comfortably full which is great.
We came on a Saturday for lunch and we ordered a Smoked Salmon Sandwich with cucumbers, lettuce and dill cream cheese, and a Ham and Cheese Sandwich. We also ordered an Americano and they have some amazing organic honey which you can help yourself to. The smoked salmon sandwich had the saltiness from the salmon and was balanced nicely by the tart richness of the cream cheese. The cucumbers and lettuce added a nice crunch for a well balanced simple sandwich. The ham and cheese sandwich was a classic. Layers of salty pork with rich cheese, can’t go wrong with that. For each sandwich, you can pick from the breads they have available that day (7 grain bread, white, soudrough and some others). To top it off, the service is amazing and the staff are all tremendously friendly. Overall, we love the environment and the food there. A nice stop for a lunch any day of the week (and you can get some sweet treats too!)

Trusted Saskatoon bakery ..and it's easy to smell ( and taste) why!!!. Wow love the new renos!! Great Bread, Great People! The ingredients are top notch and the minute you step inside Earth Bound Bakery you know it by the smell!! . Try their croissant and espresso in the morning with their new breakfast menu, and then stop by for a lovely soup and amazing sandwich for lunch. There is a reason why they are your Trusted Saskatoon Bakery and lunch catering experts! Trusted has had them cater a few events and seriously there is never a crumb left over!! Love the new renovation. I was anxiously waiting for the renovation to be complete and it looks fantastic, a much more open and inviting environment. I tried one of the new breakfast sandwiches and it was delicious! Earthbound has always been my go to place for bread, the soups and sandwiches are also amazing! I am so excited about the new breakfast menu!
Not so many meal options but the breads and pastries are amazing! I went for lunch and came away with bags full of rolls and loaves.
European-quality bakery. One of the best bakeries I've visited outside of France. Organic, high-quality baking. Butter and chocolate croissants just like Europe's patisseries, and wonderful breads of all kinds.
Best sandwich and soup in the City. Breads are made with love, it shows in the taste and texture. Art by dough.
Best Sandwiches. Delicious, fresh and unique tasting. Only complaint is they're so good that they often sell out before closing-time!
