Decent good and service.Can get pretty busy so long wait at times.

First time back at Dairy Queen in at least a couple of years. Food was good, but the prices have really gone up, but so have they everywhere.

They always get your order right, and the ice cream machine always works. They have real chicken, not that fake stuff. Unlike mcdonalds.

It's a Dairy Queen with burgers! Nice, clean DQ with friendly staff. You can order and sit. They'll bring it to your table. Good shakes.

The people who work at this place are top notch workers, always with a smile and good attitude.

I love ice cream, so Dairy Queen is a good place to go. The ''fan food'' tastes good, parties are plump enough that you can taste them. The value deals fill you up for a good price! Gotta get one of the ice cream cakes for birthdays, always a smash hit!

Till now I tried Cakes here, specially Ice cake I love it. Highly recommended 👍

This location in particular is fantastic! Blizzards are always made to perfection

Love peanut parfaits..pecans instead of peanuts..caramel sauce and of course whip cream. I'm an icecream addict!!

First time at this DQ establishment. Fairly new and clean. Service was good, brought order to table. Had the blizzard of the month, salted caramel truffle, and it was delightful.

Disappointed. Took 10+ minutes to get my blizzard. Ordered it with "extra stuff" and half of it was just vanilla ice cream not even mixed properly or to the bottom. Overall disappointed with service and product.

Terrible service. Terrible business. Dairy Queen has reached an all time low! My blizzard was as runny as milk. Girl who made it throws it on the counter as it splashes all over. I will not be supporting Dairy Queen ever again. That's probably better for my health anyway.

Wake UP!!!!. The problem is all management. That is, if there was any. Poor kids who are there give an entirely different meaning to the world "clueless." It's called "fast food" for a reason, like, it's supposed to be FAST. I live so close by it's always too tempting to go there, but I can tell you that on more than a few occasions I have left this DQ, driven to the one on Cumberland, and know, absolutely KNOW I would still be there watching the glacier-like meanderings of the staff trying to get the orders straight, and out to the customers. DQ headquarters, or whomever controls these franchises, needs to lower the boom on this particular store because it ain't running the way it's supposed to. Just sayin'

Diary queen in Stonebridge. Okay, so I bought a pack of dilly bars tonight aND when I got home I decided to have one, took a couple bites and found a surprise inside... a huge piece of paper throughout the middle... makes me wonder what else is in these things... I called to complain and they said the best they can do is exchange the box... wow...

Avoid!. This DQ location used to be alright, but as of now it is AWFUL. The service is terrible. The workers were so slow when I went that about 10-15 people were waiting for their food which was sitting on the counter for 30 minutes. Only after we all started to complain did the workers serve us. By the time I got my ice cream it was melted, and someone's slush drink was a watery puddle. Skip this place and go to the DQ on 8th Street or College instead.

Slow service and ice cream soup. There is no leadership at this DQ and is very unorganized. Too bad it is in our area. Guess I will go to local yogurt shop next time.

Brutal service. Standing here waiting for my meal... so far 50% of the people picking up their order have had to ask for a corrected item or took what they say they didn't really order<br/>I asked for onion rings 20seconds after I paid (I was still getting my change) and was told it was told no

We have come here a few times. Food gas always been hot and freshly made.

Excellent lunch special. When working in the Stonebridge area, this is our regular lunch stop. Their $5 lunch special is a fantastic value. 1/3rd pound double cheeseburger, fries, and a bottomless drink. Staff is always helpful. One lady even remembers my special order on the burger. And by the time I fill my drink and sit down, it's only seconds until the order arrives at the table. Maybe because they are cranking them out for lunch. It's a really good burger too. Flame broiled and big. May be my fav burger of the big fast food places. Much better than Burger King's flame broiled burgers for sure.<br/><br/>The place is always spotless and the rest rooms are spotless as well, even though they are in demand from the trades working in the area.

I have a complaint: they did not put a lid on my blizzard when I said it was to-go. The ice cream in my blizzard was melted right away.. Boo

Wow. These people should not be allowed to have jobs. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and 1 flamethrower snack wrap. A simple order, one might think, but nooooo. Managed to wait 10 minutes for 2 cold cheeseburgers and a ranch snack wrap, also very cold. I've also talked to at least 6 other people who have had similar experiences here. Now, usually I'm not one to care about this type of stuff because really, it doesn't matter. But damn,if you're going to be doing something, why not just f*cking do it right. So, staff of Stonebridge, since you neglect to do even simple mundane tasks efficiently, or even correctly at all, please, when you get home, do us all a favour and off yourselves.

Slowest service ever everytime i've been. Ice cream doesn't take long to make. One time got a milkshake through drive through and waited over ten minutes while the.milkshake sat on the window in front of me ready until the guy finalky opened the window to give it too me. Honestly.don't understand how they are sooo slow compared to other locations

Cutting Corners. I've been eating at Dairy Queens since I was 7 and this is the worst DQ I've ever had the misfortune of spending my money at. First off, like most people will notice, the drive thru is so slow, it defeats the purpose of why you would go that route. 2nd, they seem to be using product that isn't DQ. i went by yesterday n ordered a 1/2 lb grillburger n made the mistake of driving off before I looked in my box. Not only was there only one patty, it seemed to be one of those cheap oval patties you get at charity bbqs. I couldn't even see the patty in the bun. My girlfriend was shocked. As for the blizzard, I asked for 'extra stuff' as I got screwed last year with a blizzard that was all ice cream. Even with 'extra stuff', I got about 2 pieces of cheesecake. I am disgusted with this DQ. I don't know how these franchises work but someone from head office needs to run an 'Undercover Boss' operation on this location because they are using the DQ name n producing subpar products.<br/><br/>p.s. - If the kids inside weren't so busy messing around n discussing their high school exploits, some progress would probably be made...

SLOW. Today (April 8) at about 4:30pm I decided to go through the drive thru and get an ice cream because I was in the neighbourhood.<br/>As I pulled up to the window, the same car was sitting at the window that was there when I pulled into the parking lot. It took about 20 mins for this car to get two blizzards. <br/>I only ordered a small ice cream and after waiting so long it wasn't worth it to wait any longer.<br/><br/>I drove up to the window and told the girl (no older than 18) to cancel my order and drove off.<br/>She started laughing about it and clearly didn't care that a customer had just driven off. <br/><br/>This location has been slow and had poor service since the day it opened. <br/>The 3 or 4 other times I've been to the drive thru, it takes at least 5 minutes to receive a simple ice cream.<br/>The one time I was inside it took over 15 minutes to receive 3 mini blizzards. The only other party sitting down had already received their order.<br/><br/>The ice cream is also very watery/ not as frozen as other locations.

Unorganized. It would seem as though they still need to work out the kinks and improve some processes to make them more efficient. The wait time is a bit excessive and I think it could be easily solved with some thought into the work flow…and less chatting of the staff would be helpful.
