We have our Christmas dinner here @ Tsui King Lau Restaurant. Everything were perfectly done. Excellent service and fast serving. We’re planning to coming back for new year’s dinner and try out the large round table which can sit 16 people.

The best thing about Tsui King Lau is you can order anything, Chef’s special or you make up your own menu. I mean, anything you know is Chinese or Cantonese. They will make it exactly the way you wanted. If you have a large group or you want authentic Chinese or Cantonese that’s the place for you!

This was my first time here and certainly not my last. The 'beef brisket and vegetables on rice' was great but the 'deep fried squid' appetizer was the best I have ever had (and I have had a lot). Spectacular meal and I cannot wait to try the rest of the menu.

Good food. Even though some items are deep fried, it isn't greasy at.

Not Bad. Went there for lunch because Konga was closed and was pleasantly surprised. The service was fast and efficent - prices are reasonable and amount of food was substantional. Their Spring rolls are nice and crunchy and tight like a cigar. Eggrolls have to much batter but the flavor was ok - needs more filling - Crispy ginger beef is excellent - I would like more ginger in this dish and the Tsi King Lau crispy fried noodles were a bit bland. Overall I would go there again!!

Not bad, not bad at all. But there is better.. Tsui King Lau is a spacious, clean restaurant hidden away on Ave H. From the moment we entered to when we left, there were only a total of maybe three tables that were occupied. The restaurant was clean, the staff welcoming, and the food came out quickly.

Regarding the menu, it was unusual that they included a whole insert of items, but had "not available" taped to the top. If a whole page of items aren't being offered, then why include the insert at all? Ignoring this, we simply ordered straight off their regular menu.

All of our dishes tasted good, but unfortunately each one has a better version elsewhere in Saskatchewan. Although usually served chilled, their House Special Salted Chicken was warm, which did not take away from the good flavours (better at Mandarin). Their Crispy Ginger Beef was also well done, giving off the advertised 'crispiness' and sweetly complementing some of the more savoury dishes (better at Red Pepper). Finally, their Bean Curd with Chilli Sauce and Minced Pork, aka "Ma-Po Tofu", had a nice spicy kick and large pieces of fresh tofu. There was plenty of minced pork and the overall dish was very large (better at Regency Palace).

Overall, even though Tsui King Lau serves very delicious dishes, I cannot help myself but compare them with other local establishments who one-up the final execution. With such large portions, the value is certainly there. You know what else is certainly here? MSG.

Home away from home. I have been eating at Tsui King Lau for MANY years. The location sucks but the food is great and I think the family that runs it are so friendly and love to chit chat. They are great at remembering a face too so it's nice to walk in there and be greeted by name :)

It's okay, but there are better places out there.. Went into this establishment on a Saturday for lunch. It was pretty empty at the time, but upon leaving, the place was about a quarter filled. My wife and I ordered the curried chicken soup as well as a beef satay with vegetables. The food came very quickly and there was plenty of it. There was so much soup that we could've probably just ate that and called it a lunch! I'm not sure what vegetables go in a curried chicken soup, but cabbage and onions were abundant in both the soup and the beef satay. Aside from those two vegetables, there really was not anything else. Now, I've been to numerous asian restaurants around the city and when I see the word "vegetables" I'm assuming there will be more in it than just cabbage and onions. The total cost of this dining experience was a very affordable $18.....$24 with tip. It is noteworthy to add that the service was friendly and fast, plus they also provided everyone with a huge hot pot of tea at no extra charge. That was a nice surprise. So, the long and the short of it is, if you're looking for food with a little more variety, color and affordability, there are many others out there. But, check this place out, just to say you did.

Tsui King Lau is my favorite restaurant of all. I have no complains with anything I have eaten there weekly for year and any opportunity to dine out with friends. My favorite is the combinations, portions are very filling, tasty food that is not full of MSG or salt. Service is excellent, and fast. The restaurant is very clean and comfortable. Restrooms are emaculately clean. I would recommend Tsui King Lau to anyone that loves to eat good food.

Very Tasty. We ordered delivery from there and found it very tasty. The prices were higher then most comparable places but we got a lot of food. The sauce for the ginger beef tasted more like BBQ sauce though. I think they forgot the ginger.
