The food here was great. Had the burrito. I enjoyed the quac , the white sauce and the burrito. It was exactly what I wanted. My wife went with the Ruben sandwich. I never been here when there was live music but I would love to. It has a good vibe.

This is easily my favorite go to for lunch. The food is always outstanding.
They always have a daily feature which oftentimes, is not of a Mexican persuasion and always interesting.
They also do delicious homemade soups daily. I have yet to try one that I didn't love!
Their regular menu items are anything but regular. Everything is so flavorful, nicely presented, and delivered to the table by really wonderful service staff.
This place has been around since I was a kid and their food and service is obviously the reason why they have stood the test of time.

Good food (large portions) and good drinks (a little bit on the smaller size). But nice little place to go. Ordered the carne asada, and was surprised to see that I had to put it all together myself. Still tasty though.

Got the beef and bean chimichanga and a friend got the chicken quesadilla. They were so good!! Like I think you need to ask for double the jalapeño cream sauce, it was so good. It was so much food too, you definitely did not leave hungry!

Courtney, our server, had a habit of only addressing my boyfriend. She got us very excited about dessert then came back and told us the kitchen was closed.
The Cesar salad was warm and could have used a little more dressing.
The chicken wings were a bit tough and were really lacking in the buffalo sauce department.
The poutine was overly salty, but the gravy had a nice flavour and the cheese was melted and gooey

Service was great! Food was semi-okay - quantities were great, but it was somewhat not as flavourful as I was expecting it to be. Maybe a few variety of hot sauces etc would have helped! Drinks were great!!! I tried the tequila old fashioned and that was delicious! Also the dark and stormy Moscow mule that we also got was great for those liking a spicy ginger beer! The little mess which was fries and chilli wasn’t for me but it’s a nice pizza style base with fries and chilli on top! Very nice vibes to the place and staff were great!

Best nachos in the city. Good enough to feed 3-4 people easily. Be sure to order extra white sauce as it's delicious!

Not your every day bar! The food served here is one of the best mexican-style restaurants I have been to. I ordered Gambo Sizzler and a margarita. Totally recommend Amigos if you are looking for Mexican.

I've never been disappointed in the shows or food! So good! I can't wait to bring my son I always forget they accommodate kids meals! But customer service including doormen, wait time for food & drinks are always disappointing & even the music in between sets lull everyone to sleep. Would never stop going but always hope they improve!

We had the worse service ever! Our first order of drinks came quickly and then it all went down hill. We finally just started to go up to the bar for ourselves. The staff spent more time hanging around the kitchen doors with other aquantices. There was enough staff but lazy and rude. We are family and friends to Peter and the Wolves so we had a lot of people at our tables but that meant nothing! None of our empties were removed from the tables til there was little room left for our drinks. Literally 15 beer bottles and about 10 glasses sat directly in front of us! The food was great but you really need to get your servers to do their jobs with different attitudes.
Was quite upset over all.

Leif is the best server i have ever had. Not only is he a mega babe but he is attentive to boot. To say he is exceptional is to not give him proper credit. He is the best! No other words can describe his presence.

Was in here for a date night last night and it was one of the worst experiences ever. The server basically ignored us all night aside from taking our drink order and our food order. We then had to wait over an hour and a half for 1 order of nachos. When we got our food I asked for the cheque so that we could eat and go, but it took her another 45 minutes to bring it to us. The exuse given for such slow service was that there was a group reservation in the party room that had to be delt with, but that is a piss poor exuse. Since they knew before we ordered that there would be a long wait we should have been told so that we could go somewhere else and not be neglected and waste most of a night.
Food was good, but the servers and management are horrible.

We had a retirement party there, and doubt my coworkera will give a review, but i will. We looked over the itemized receipt. Lets just say we over charged ....will not return to establishment, nor will anyone I talk to in the future!! RIP OFF!!!!lllllllllllll. Do Not spend money here!!

Amigos is usually the best place in town for music & food, but there is a thing called due process and a law that says innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. I'm dissatisfied with the decision to cancel the Casualties gig on the grounds of morality. You allow other bands there to play tunes like '2 in The Pink, One in The Stink' without any moral qualms. It just doesn't make sense.

The food is always top notch. Mexican on the prairies is the best. I love the Gambo Sizzler and the Double Grilled Pineapple Shrimp.
You can bring your children in until 8pm so family friendly but with a very good beer selection.
