Fantastic restaurant that I would highly recommend and would definitely come back to again! First, the staff are all super friendly and accommodating. The general ambiance of the place also felt right for the type of food served. Everything we had was delicious and cooked perfectly. Pasta had just the right amount of bite. Servings were very good for the price. The cacio e pepe in particular was incredibly creamy, flavorful, and well made.

My affinity for Taverna has grown through the years. Their ambience is nice; I love the low lighting. Their food is consistently good. This past time I had the white peach sangria, Caesar salad, and the ravioli de ricotta e spinaci, which was all fab.

As my first time here, Absolutely wonderful atmosphere. Our server Stephen was super polite and came at all the best times, food came hot and quickly even on a busy Friday night. Menu is large and super delicious, Will definetly come here again!

Food was fairly good! Loved the gnocchi. We waited almost 2 hours for our food after ordering 2 groups came and went in the time that we sat. We were okay since our group just drank wine and talked while we waited but definitely brings up the wine bill if you're waiting for food. Would expect with a reservation for 5 people that food would come in a reasonable time frame.

Service was exceptional: gave us a free dessert for my gf's meal taking a while to get out after mine already arrived. Food was great: lamb app was perfectly cooked and lobster ravioli was rich and full of flavour. Only rated 4 stars and not 5 because the tomato sauce on the cannelloni could have been seasoned a little better (was a bit watery)

Our first time eating there and can’t wait to go back!! Luigi was amazing and suggested our entire meal: bruschetta, lobster ravioli, pollo al limone, pesto gnocchi and spinach ravioli with rose sauce and arrabiata. The pasta was so tender and fresh and the sauces were amazing. The food and Luigi’s service were amazing from start to finish.

Lived in Saskatoon my whole life and can't remember ever going here. We had a group of 8. Menu was a little hard to read( Italian wording) but was able to choose the pasta with seafood. When I got my plate of food it was as if the pasta had been sitting for awhile. Kind of crusted over on the top. Stirred it around which made it better. Pasta was warm but when I had a piece of the shrimp it was twice as hot which was weird to me. The shrimp was very good along with the other seafood. Girlfriend had one of the pizza's which was very good.

It was one of the best suppers I have had in a long time. You can taste how much the chef enjoys his work. Server was knowledgeable and let you relax and enjoy your meal. I had the spinach ravioli and my boyfriend had the prok chop and both meals were perfect and the flavors just went together so well. I recommend this place to everyone even people who don't like pasta as they have a bit of everything on thier menu unlike someiItalian restaurants in town. Price is a little more than some places but well worth it.

Out last night celebrating a friends birthday ( he sent it ! ) stopped into tavernas for a late supper and as usual it was amazing ! Lasagna, pasta , salads , appetizers , everything is the best ! And as usual the staff are amazing ! Love tavernas , if you have never been here do yourself a favour and stop in .

Andrew and I had the most excellent meal at Taverns this evening! Mandy V gave us the best service we have ever had anywhere! We have been to Tavernas a handful of times and have always loved it. We both cant get over how good the service was; Andrews steak was as big as the plate and Mandy made the best recommendation.
