Review New York Fries - Sarnia

They are fabulous and really friendly. They also give you the advice according to your taste. I work in the mall so I go their kind of daily now coz I can’t resist myself from their fries. I recommended my friends and they love it. I definitely recommend this place for a perfect and delicious snack.

Great fries and hot dogs! But sometimes there is long lines.

Every time I go to Lambton Mall, it is a must to stop at NYF for lunch! I have never had a bad experience here and the staff is always friendly, the food is always fresh and hot and most importantly, the gravy is amazing! Their combos are also good value!

I came at the New York fries counter in deep trouble ,I am a Diabetic on Insulin with a dangerous glucose low, the girl on the counter jumped into action immediately with sugary sweet Coke what I drink right away followed by poutine and my Glucose started to recover, there fast reaction saved me a trip by ambulance to the hospital,I am internally Grateful, and PS the Poutine was delicious . my experience today was amazing! the food was delicious, but what really stood out was the customer service! the girl who i interacted with was so lovely and helpful! she seriously deserves a raise!!

The service was so nice, I was actually surprised, I don’t see that a lot when I’m ordering fast food anymore. From the time I went to the cash to the time I got my food the people who worked there were very kind!

Probably one of the better places to get a poutine in Ssrnia. They keep an "authentic" standard whereas many other places locally will do things differently. Definitely try eating here if you're going to be shopping in the lambton mall. I love New York Fries! The staff is very friendly. Fast service, piping hot food! And I love the New York Fries app! the food is amazing but the staff is terrible i got a large fry but was called fat and made fun of by the staff. they were two older ladies. good food but need polite people.

Overall its a very fun place to work at. You meet a lot of people throughout the day and the employees are very friendly. There was no issue with the location it was awesome. To say the least I witnessed schedules being changed quickly. Managers are friendly and supportive. The managers will appeal to your emotions and help rectify mistakes and make effort to show staff the proper way.

Finally found a place where I can have tasty and satisfying poutine in Sarnia. Since the day I came to Sarnia, I was having horrible salty poutine in most of the outlets except this one. Bonus it comes with large size and that is what gonna make me come back again.

Cajun is what attracts me to this place. Great customer service everytime I have been there. Only once the person wasn't very helpful and felt like she didn't wanna help but next time I visited she wasn't there, so I think she was fired which is Great. I like people who respect thier jobs. Great job with veggie fries
