Review Pizza Hut Sarnia - Sarnia

My husband accidentally placed an order for pick up last night at 10:30pm. I immediately called and the guy working was super helpful. He changed it to delivery for us with no hassle. Wonderful customer service! Also we got the treat box, everything was warm & delicious upon arrival.

This location only had take out still but the service was great. The food was picture perfect and tasted awesome. The counter attendant felt bad they didn't have in house dining available so he included a bag containing paper plates, cutlery and napkins. Thank you for the great service!

This place is horrible. Ordered a chicken Caesar salad paid $11.99 only to be told when I arrived there is no chicken available and the salad didn't have any croutons. This place has gone down hill. We need a new pizza hut or a change of owners since the current ones don't seem to care.

Love there party box or whatever it is when you get two medium pizza wings crazy bread and dessert with carrots and celery. The price is good I’m all a fan of there stuffed crust although I find it can make the order quite a bit more expensive.

Hello to Everyone reading this. Sarnia Pizza Hut is really Good ! All Staff & All Management are super Nice, Polite, Kind, Helpful, Friendly & Understanding. They all do their jobs so well ! As a Customer they're really glad to see you there & they really want you to go back over & over again. They all have Superior Customer Service Skills. The staff there obviously have top notch training. They go above & beyond. Honestly they provided the BEST Customer Service that I've seen in the Restaurant business in a very long time. If you're not happy there not happy. If your happy then they're really truly happy as well. I highly recommend anyone that would like to get a Pizza, Wings, Salad or more to call them or go online to place your order. Pizza Hut Sarnia you all ROCK ! I'll order again from you hopefully one day soon. I am 100% highly recommending it. Just do it & order from the Hut ! Thank You, Sincerely, BRENDA ♡

Pizza is ALWAYS good at the "Hut" We always order from there for special staff appreciation days, consistent pizzas
