Quite easily the best Tim Hortons in Sarnia! Staff is very pleasant, food is always prepared well and coffee is never bad.

I ordered crispy chicken bacon wrap through mobile app and when I went to get it through drive through, they told me that chicken grill is already shut down. I placed order at 8.45 pm and this Tim is supposed to be closed at 10 pm. How they could close so early? And then they told me to cancel the o

So bad customer service. Generally you should be greeted that is what Tim hortns is known for. Would never return to the store.

Very friendly staff. They deal with 2 high-schools worth of students and continue to give great service.

Everything here is delitious and cheap! Im in love.

Food ok but customer service poor. Also internet not available. Tables not cleaned, hand sanitizer bottle empty..had to ask for refill. Servers appeared to be half asleep or totally bored...certainly no smiles or thank you...which of course is typical of staff training at most Tim Hortons locations.

Staff were friendly. Service was good.

I come here everyday for lunch and this one time I needed to just sit for a few minutes and complete some paperwork and got kicked out because I didn’t purchase food. Very poor service.
