Review Breadman Pizza Pasta Cafe - Sarnia

Great company, super food and food products! I picked up 3 balls of pizza dough on Monday, knowing we weren't going to be using them until today (Thursday). I specifically asked if they needed to be frozen or if they would keep in the fridge. I was told they would be fine in the fridge, but they weren't. Today, I went back to the store and mentioned what happened. After a brief explanation I was given more dough at no additional charge, and they apologized for what happened. They stand behind their products and their customers and do what is right. Thank you for your kindness, we will certainly being purchasing dough, pizza and other items from you again! And we'll recommend you to anyone we can!

Bread Man makes some great pizza. My only complaint is they're not open late night. I remember being in grade school and getting Bread Man on 'pizza day' so getting a slice from here just brings back some great childhood memories! (You know the only good part of grade school ha ha) It's a small local place, so the food is home/hand made, it's not frozen dough and ingredients like major chains, it's really really good pizza! If only they were open later (I tend to eat later at night!)

Excellent authentic Italian cuisine. Very friendly staff and owners! They come out to make sure everything was good..... It's EXCELLENT!!! Their bread is fresh made daily and with NO preservatives... I highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone who would like to sit in or take out their meals. The pizza is absolutely fantastic!!! Don't hesitate and just go for it!

I remember when I was younger and some older guy who worked there yelled at a customer because he dropped the cake she ordered while he still wanted payment for it. They can claim it had been sold, but to not give customers proper notice about a closure is a bad management decision. It's sad because they once had one of the best Pizzas, and Breads in Sarnia, only to start yelling at customers, then claim it was sold to a family member, then they jacked up the prices while the quality and quantity declined. You can't increase the prices while decreasing the quality and quantity. A series of mistakes and miscalculations is what eventually caused them to close down. The demographics, household income, etc in that area over the years have also changed....unfortunately, the owner(s) never paid attention to that. Location, Quality, Quantity, Price, and Customer Service are what keeps a business thriving, but when you lose focus on 3 of those, it all turns to crumbs. The concept was great, the execution of it became terrible over the past several years.

The pizza was pretty hard and old. The people couldn't get us out of there fast enough cause it was 6. That's an hour before they are supposed to close. But I gave it the 2 stars instead of 1. Because I can tell the pizza has potential to be delicious.

I worked in this place 3 hours; the owner is a totally ignorant, arrogant and shouted at me and finally the last thing: Go out from here!!, when I was preparing a pizza. I must to say the lady who works there in this store was really nice with me and helped me to do the stuff. The manager displayed extremely poor interpersonal skills; I need a job but I don't deserve a treatment like he probably used to give to everybody that arrives there to work. Another thing, they don't wash their hands when they received money and come back to continue with the dough.

The manager of this business should be disgraced by how he treats customers. His abruptness and unwillingness to serve customers is the reason why my family will never go back there. The manager has hung up the phone on my family during an order after telling us that he doesn't care if he has our business. I have had negative experiences with the manager before when asking for a donation for a local fundraiser and the encounter ended in him making me cry (as a 15 year old girl). It's a shame that the manager has tainted this business for my family and by reading other reviews apparently other people feel the same way.

Decent Pizza, HORRIBLE customer service, I ordered a pizza with pepperoni, ham and meatballs and received a pizza without meatballs but instead mushrooms (I don't like mushrooms at all). When I called they repeated continuously that they wrote down pepperoni, ham and mushrooms and refused to do anything about it. ZERO customer service, I will never go back. Pick another pizza place with some sort of business ethics.

My passion for pizza is unsurpassed and this is literally the best I've ever had. They have so many other great products, like breads, meats, cheeses and sweets, and hot and cold deli. And the prices are just as good as grocery store and competitors, for better food! One time was more than enough to sell me on this place. I will definitely be going back often! I was so impressed I just had to look them up and rave about them. I'm going to bring all my friends there! Definitely recommend taking a look, especially on your way to the grocery store to see if they have the same thing but better.

I have always loved breadman pizza ever since I was a kid. Still love it today . The brownies and canolli's are amazing as well. They also have yummy authentic Italian food at lunch . You won't be dissapointed!
