Review Boston Pizza - Sarnia

I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but this was by far the worst restaurant I’ve ever dined in my life. When I got my menus, food was stuck to both and I knew I was in for a bad time. You can see the picture of a dried noodle enjoying its new home. The other menu had salad stuck to it. The tables weren’t clean and were a little sticky when we got there. You’ll see a picture of a toilet. That’s because my youngest went to the bathroom just before 5 and when I went myself just after 6 it actually looked worse. I don’t care about the pandemic but if you’re a stickler for sanitization (or like me just expect clean bathrooms) stay away from this place. Our service was awful. My kids received their meals fairly quickly, but the adults had to wait 30-40 mins for our food. I’m willing to overlook slow service because of the world situation but how can you not have food not served for the whole table? Imagine being my young kids and getting there before five and leaving a little after 6:30. Almost two hours of being in the restaurant because of a disorganized kitchen! It wasn’t even busy! Other restaurants may be slow, but they don’t space out food orders like that. The server was so infrequent we honestly thought she had clocked out at times. The food was not worth it. I ordered the big dipper, and it didn’t have enough au jus for my whole sandwich. I could literally pay half the price for one at Arby’s and get left over sauce. Come on guys! I honestly think the owner and employees should be ashamed of themselves. There is nothing going for this disgusting pig stye. Do yourselves a favor and keep the door closed when this upcoming lock down ends!

Great food, great service and wonderful staff. Great place to eat. I recommend the BOSTON BURGER! If you haven’t been here you totally got to come to this place. I’m in Boston Pizza Sarnia right now as we speak waiting for my burger. My server is Danielle, she’s wonderful. They’re all great staff here. YOU’RE AMONG FRIENDS AT BOSTON PIZZA!

Stephanie was really nice and our meals were delicious. Amy enjoyed her birthday treat.

We were seated and left to sit for quite awhile. By the time we got someone's attention it was getting late for our movie. We mentioned it to our server and she did an excellent job of relaying to the kitchen that we now in a hurry. The food wasn't to the usual standard but it was ok.

As I've said for other Boston pizza locations, what's not to love. This one is no different. Great service, good food. Nice clean restaurant with plenty of parking

Food was really great and our waitress (can't remember her name but it was French) was funny and very efficient. We had a good time and will be back

Went for dinner and was awful pizza came out after an hour and was burnt dry and cold service was awful as well. We used to love coming here for date nights but won’t be back now.

I love Boston pizza, and usually have a good experience at this location. I have celiac disease so I especially love there gluten wise pizza. I know they call it "gluten wise" not "gluten free" because there is still a risk. Last night I ordered the gluten Wise wings and I got glutened so bad! I've been up all night in so much pain and had to take the day off today. I've​ never had such a bad exposure anywhere. I'm not sure what the kitchen staff were doing last night, but they deffenetaly did not do there best to reduce the amount of gluten on my gluten Wise wings. I understand there is always a risk, but this was bad. Be careful when eating with Celiac at this location.

I love Boston Pizza in Sarnia!! Always great service and always great food!!! Love their fresh, healthy salads!! Great variety on menu choices! To top it off they have an amazing kick back program for local sports!!

You guys did a great job with my daughter's Birthday party this afternoon. It was very well organized and the kids had a lot of fun getting to make their own pizza! A special thanks to our waiter Ashton. He did an amazing job! He was very friendly, he was awesome with the kids and even offered to help us bring anything we needed to the car. I would most definitely request to have him be our server next time we come in! Thanks again Tamarin ^_^

Went into Boston Pizza for the very first time at 11 p.m. the other night...i was told they were open until 1:30. We had called for a table for 20. We were told we couldnt order off of the menu. All we could get was pizza. We left...wanted a burger. Wont be back.

We had our daughters party there today. A very last min party at that and everything was amazing. We had a nice section to ourselves, our hostess was ready when we arrived and answered all my questions. I normally go overboard on party’s so it was new to me to leave everything in the hands of a restaurant and I’m happy to say I wasn’t disappointed. I became really sick a week before and landed in the hospital so anything extra I planned on didn’t happen and barely made it to attend today The kids loved to see all the food on the tour, had a blast making their own pizza. Plowed through the gifts at ease since our amazing hostess kept the flying wrapping paper at bay. The cake the princess cake... the only thing that our daughter wanted was perfect, she even said it was exactly what she wanted. And the goodie bags were amazing! Everything was all around amazing! Price is pennies in the grand scheme of birthday parties, I’d have easily spent double doing it on my own I have to add our hostess was worth her weight in gold. To be able to actually watch my kids enjoy the party rather then run around for it and miss it all is just a blessing. Memories made rather then missed. She was kind sweet caring and definitely deserved a crown of her own! It’s the little things I noticed too, adjusting a crown for a princess, holding a child’s hand who otherwise may not have taken the tour, and the help of tidying up presents and her help getting ready to leave. Absolutely love her to pieces
