Very happening and great vibes. Drinks are best they serve. Top long island and moscow mule is couple of drinks you should try. Food is delicious and also staff is professional in their work. For vegetarian or vegan there is no options, only nachos. Food is 4/5. If you want to have some great time with friends, must go place in sarnia.

I usually love the food here. But I just ordered their chicken wings and they were not good. They are fatty and greasy. I think they may be baked instead of deep fried. Maybe that’s why they are not crispy. They’re salads and burgers are pretty good though.

Good service. Our server was very friendly. We shared the spinach dip which was really good, and I had a burger which was alright. I've had the same burger a while ago and I remember it being better. I can only imagine that the reduction of quality was due to government lockdowns as I've seen the same mild reduction of food quality at multiple other restaurants in the area over the same span of time. Can't fault the restaurants for that.

The staff was great. Atmosphere was great. However, the food didn't hit the right spot. Everything felt like it was missing something. The Philly cheese steak spring rolls were awesome though. Definitely recommend these. Can probably eat 2 plates to myself!

It's four and a half, really. The only thing was that the Buffalo chicken nachos didn't feel enough like nachos but the food was great. Service was very friendly and really nice. The girl was new but still took the time to give drink recommendations as well as asking for our opinions on things she hadn't gotten around to trying yet but we had ordered. She was also good at checking in with us, making sure we didn't need anything else. Was very patient when we needed more time to decide. Food wise, I recommend the Buffalo chicken wings and the calamari. It's also cheaper if you go after 8 cause there's $10 appetizers so it's nice to have a few drinks while snacking on those. Went Thursday night and it wasn't terribly busy, the place is big and accommodates a lot of people. Drink wise, I recommend the rum punch and the tidal wave. The sangria was also really good. We have been twice in the past. Both times service was slow, servers were inexperienced and food was subpar for the price charged. On the most recent visit, I ordered one piece of fish n chips priced at $17. It came as a processed piece with dry crusted batter which had obviously been pulled out of a box and microwaved. For the prices charged I expect a better overall experience. Will not be returning.

Great atmosphere, tasty food and friendly service. I had the Creamy Pesto Chicken. It was extremely tasty. If you love garlic try this dish out.. Yummy...

It's been hit or miss with my past visits here. We were greeted and seated quickly and the lounge dining area was clean with a lively atmosphere. Server was friendly and service was good however, they could have checked in a little more to see if we needed anything. Food arrived in a decent time, was hot and presented well with generous portions. Burger was great as they usually are, salads fresh and crisp and the shrimp tortellini was delicious, although the pasta was a little overdone. Overall, one of the better experiences here.

Expensive for what you get and food not very good at all. Service was slow and food was delivered to wrong table. So called garlic bread that we got with pasta dishes had no taste and hard as a rock that did not get eaten because would need a dentist if did. Mac and cheese was very small for price and didn't look or taste baked like says (no crispy as they say in menu at all). The shrimp tortellini the same. Took forever to get a 2nd drink. Won't be back or recommend.

We’re regular, we’re a team. We’re there every Friday night. We’re a slightly bigger group. We don’t complain and the food/service is usually good. But tonight was awful. Like, never going back awful. We had a new server, which isn’t the first time we get someone new, but he kept having issues. Which is ok. What wasn’t ok, was how no one helped him. It took almost an hour to get our bills and most of that hour was the guy at the computer, alone, trying to figure it out. I know, coz I was watching him. We’re not disappointed with the server, he tried. It’s the management team that really fell short.

Tried Brownstones twice when it first opened and both were very bad experiences. But it's been a long time and I have some friends who love it so we decided to give it another chance for a family meal yesterday. Our server, Tom, was excellent - very friendly and attentive! Food was good. There were food crumbs all over the bench seating of our booth or this would have been a 5 star review. Would definitely visit again based on this experience!

We were in Sarnia, Friday night for the World Premiere of the Black Donnelly's. My sister and I had seen friends share your page etc..... and thought it looked good and why not try it out. We were a group of seven all of us were pleased with our meals and would recommend and if in Sarnia again will likely come back. Rave reviews from my friends who had the mac and cheese.

Decided to try as we got a gift card for Christmas. While the service was good our food was not. Spinach Dip was runny and with rather large chunks in it. The French onion soup tasted like dish water. Our dinner shrimp pasta and steak mushroom panini was cold and panini was quite soggy. And when we got the bill we were charged for extras (soup we were told was a 2.50 extra with meal when bill came we were charged 7.95 also 1.99 for extra cheese that we have no idea what was for) we didn't order this and had to pay for it. Will never return

The food was good....our waitress....well not so good.....we waited for about 30 minutes before being served and everytime she past our table she stated I will be with u in a minute..her minutes were approx. Every ten minutes. No refills on coffee with out ...I will be with you in a minute. When it came to our bill.we waited 17 minutes after asking for it. Somewhat disappointing.

Not impressed! We had to ask for side plates for our app, silverware, salt and pepper, and sauce because the chicken was so dry. We had empty drink for over 10 minutes. BUT the real reason we not be returning is because the table next to us sent their meal back because it didn't taste right and was still charged which is ridiculous! Such a shame because we live around the corner!

Had a burger and fries today after doing a hot tub move, we were famished. The burgers were huge and so filling, fries were the right amount of crispiness. Even in a plastic take out dish. I don't come to sarnia often but I would definitely come back to Brownstones next time I am.

AMAZING food and great service, I recommend the steak blue cheese pasta dish and Appetizers are the best in town.

Honestly won't be going there again...their food is pretty terrible. Cold steak egg rolls. .undersauced wings. And an individual nachos with 100 chips and only 10 of them had toppings on them.. it was a joke. And then you get the TINIEST thing of sour cream and salsa and get told for extra "we have to be charged"..from reading other reviews it looks like this place is run by a greedy penny pinching owner who doesn't understand customer service and satisfaction at all.

Exceptional customer service ... Our waiter Blair ...was awesome from the start of service to the end . Polite ; professional ... And quick with our food !! Your very lucky to have this employee in your restaurant Brownstones is wonderful we will be back very soon .. Thank you for a great start to my 35th year !!!!

With many allergies and food issues some establishments I have been to I have had very good to very disappointing experiences. Tonight my husband and I came for dinner for our anniversary. Jack was our waiter. He was very attentive and thorough. We have never been disappointed and will definitely return!

We are fairly new to town and decided have dinner here last night. The food was amazing. My son LOVED his shrimp tortellini. The atmosphere was great and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely be returning

The atmosphere was good, our waitress was friendly. The drinks � and baked brie were good. My spinach dip however lacked spinach, it was pretty much an oily cheese dip.

this place is a total disappointment to Sarnia. Service is terrible, short order cooks could not schedule a 2 car funeral, and the onduty manage was a belligerent jerk to me in front of my family. Stay way.

I love this establishment and generally don't leave bad reviews but I had a bad experience. Thursday after a nice massage with my daughter we decided to have a late lunch. It was busy Jays game was on and not a lot of staff but the staff still were doing their best. We ordered our food and great as always. Here's where the poor service comes in. We had ordered the deep fried cheesecake to share. Through a communication error our server ordered the ice cream frit. I let a lady know what happened and she apologized and said go ahead and nibble on the ice cream and I'll have your server ring in the proper order. Okay no biggie. We didn't eat much of the ice cream and we're happy when the cheesecake came delicious!!!!! The server brought our bill and I noticed we got charged for both desserts and an extra charge for dips we didn't order. I stopped the older man who is always walking around to let him know about the charges and that's when it got ugly. He had the nerve to tell me I was wrong and shouldn't have eaten the ice cream so that's why I was charged. I told him what the nice lady told me and he said that's not the story I heard. And when I asked about the charge for dips he literally made me run down what we ate cause I'm trying to cheat him out of 2 dollars???? Really???? We saw him make a phone call then came over with the new Bill. Not an apology or anything. He was rude and very condescending. I don't complain very often and being in the hospitality business myself I know how mistakes can happen. All I was looking for was an apology and correction of the bill. This old man needs to stay in his office and not talk to people. The server actually apologized to me for everything and I said its not his fault. I tipped well and let him know we will be back but I will be complaining on line. This man also on another occasion couldn't clear our tables fast enough and practically took the plates with food still on it. I think he should be a silent very silent like invisible partner. Again kitchen staff makes top notch food and servers/bartenders always friendly helpful and extremely good at what they do.
