Now with a great and very experience manager I see over the next year from 2022 to 2023 a significant change in the quality of food atmosphere and customer service due to the new manager Victoria very very special person and has your back she will do the best that she can do within her regulations
Events at this place are nice as the food is great. They staff is difficult to get into contact with and there is this one staff member in particular...Anastasia Micciluchi (spelling?) who is a horrible human being. Bad customer service as a bartender, and nasty.
Under cooked potatoes, closer to raw then cooked - served to an entire wedding party and guests.
This place has terrible food. Terrible lasagna. You better off to go across the street to East Side Mario
Recently went to a morning event there. The coffee was served about 45 minutes after it should have been. The event was half done when it came out. It seemed like an obvious error.
Staff are hard to get in touch with but the place is great. Super classy and clean.
I had my blood taken here and it was fine I guess.
