Great bagels! Wonderful customer service, Your supposed to order these in advance, when Mel realized I was driving home to Ottawa the next morning, she immediately went to the back and special made them for me. Doesn’t get better than that! Gotta love Sarnia and Mel at the Bagel Factory! Yummy! Highly recommend!

The best place in Sarnia for fresh bagels. Hand made bagels in a variety of flavors. Handmade cream cheeses. (I personally recommend the dill pickle cream cheese.) Take out or eat in. Menu available for breakfast or lunches. Sandwiches and baked goods available.

Such a Hidden Gem!
Not only do they have outstanding bagels but their wraps and sandwiches are even better! I can’t believe I’ve skipped by this place in favour of fast food. Never again. It’s just as fast, it’s cheaper, and it’s local. Not a bad item on their menu.

This is the best family day lunch I've ever had. Everything was really good and fresh. I like the wax paper the sandwiches come in. Pizza quesadilla was too good. Thanks

These guys are fast and convenient.
Friendly service good pricing and the super bagel with zesty cream cheese is awesome, especially i dip it into one of thier soups.
Way better than the greezy burger joints and better for me.i can't wait till tomorrow

First time here. Excellent customer service. I got a huge Club Bagel sandwich (absolutely amazing) and a Cheese Cake that was pretty good (very sweet though). I will definately be back here.

I will be going again here!! They had gluten free wrap, and made sure there was no cross contamination, my boyfriend got half dozen bagels wants to go again. I definitely would recommend!!

I'm desperately trying not to overstate this, but The Bagel Factory CHANGED MY LIFE!!! Ok maybe not that dramatic, but the Bacon Cheddar bagel with Bacon Cheddar cheese definitely put a HUGE smile on my face all morning ☺
