Review Napoli Pizza - Sarnia

Ate here last night and it was fantastic! Service was top notch, food was even better! Our 5yr old said “this is the 2nd best meal I’ve ever had” and continued to talk about how great our meal was even after we left. Can’t wait to go back and try more off the menu. We ordered kids chicken fingers and fries, Rigatonni Cremolata & a medium Pizza (which was MASSIVE!). So excited for leftovers today:)

Sarnia has a ton of great pizza places.. Napoli happens to be one of its absolute best. I recently ordered one with Bacon, Olives, Mushrooms, and both Beef and Ham Crumble (these toppings are a must try). Quality, flavour, and over all level of satisfaction: 10/10.

As of today, we have a new favorite pizza place - Napoli. WOW! The pizza was absolutely delicious, with the best crust we have had in a very long time. The venue, so cute and quaint and the service, excellent. We are pizza snobs, so we do know our pizza, and hence we highly recommend Napoli.

Excellent pizza! Crispy crust, lots of toppings. Sauce has a nice tang. And I found the owners to be very friendly. We'll be back!

We happened on this restaurant by chance and will be back. It was an off night (something about hockey?) so we were on our own with both owners attending. Cab sav - slightly chilled! Yay! (Canadians drink red wine too warm) Bruschetta was good...salad had varied ingredients and fresh, rigatoni (I asked for no ham) perfectly cooked...with the tiniest of spring peas, but short on mushrooms. Personally I like to see a better balance of veg and pasta. Then hub's lasagne...out of the park! And though he's not to eat so much in one sitting, I was glad he didn't lack the plate! Thanks...we'll be back to experience more on the menu!

Great pizza!!! You know it's good when you pick up a slice and the triangle doesn't flop! Definitely my go to pizza joint in sarnia now!

Very friendly and genuine family owned pizza place. Awesome pizza and pasta. Easily a top 2 pizza in sarnia. Would recommend to everyone.

Joe & I ordered pizza + wings from here today for the first time + it is awesome! Pizza has a nice thin, crust with delicious toppings, + the Buffalo, Cajun wings were great! Delivery was within normal time + driver very polite + courteous. Highly recommend them! 🤗

Absolutely terrible! We ordered 2 large pizzas, and a large salad (enough for 5 people). So for a start, after calling to voice concern that we felt we could have been charged incorrectly, the women who I spoke with was absolutely no help and blamed us the entire time. When ordering, we asked to have enough salad for 5 people, not 5 salads. But apparently WE ordered incorrectly so that was our fault. So, salad cost us over $45.00. And no, there was no gold in this salad. Secondly, for each pizza topping, we were charged and additional $3.50 per topping! I could see if they were speciality toppings, I would expect a fee but not for normal toppings. And $3.50 per topping? Give me a break! So needless to say it was apparently correct to be charged $128.00 for salad and 2 large pizzas. Absolutely ridiculous. Claiming they phoned us back with price, but they just took our Visa and never told us a price. Phoning to question the pricing only led to the blame game. Everything I questioned resulted in oh yes that's your fault, we did everything right. I don't think so! There was no salad price on your website that I could see, and no where does it say $3.50 per topping. I will never recommend Napoli pizza to anyone, but believe me we will tell everyone about this very poor experience. Sarnia is a small town and word gets around!

This is the best pizza in sarnia...hands down... i stop in everytime i travel through purposely for the pizza... and thats often... cant fathom how they have any negative reviews ... people have opnions but this place is amazing... case closed! ;)

Wouldn’t even give them 1 star. If your budget is $128 for two large pizzas and salad this is is the place for you. Not great quality for the price and very poor customer service.

Over priced and kinda greasy last nite ...and not a great reheated pizza today but young lady on the phone was very nice and polite Sad to say not at all worth the $70 for our order Disappointed first time customers

Just had a fantastic pizza here..... And the panzarotti was excellent with my last visit. I will return again!!!!
