Review East Side Mario's - Sarnia

That was my first time here. I've to wait 7 minutes before being seated, as the host was over the phone. I was very close to leave after all the waiting time, but I've decided to stay. We got seated and the waitress came to present himself. He told us that he was busy and would take a few minutes before being able to take our order. However, he took over 17 minutes before coming back to take our order. I can understand to be busy, but that is a little too much. In the main time, three other tables were seated and got their orders placed by another waitress before us. The food was good. The tap beer was flat and is expensive.

The food here is really good and the service is always super friendly. The hells kitchen chicken is really good if you like anything spicy or buffalo flavored. Yes the food is pricey but worth the money

We had a late lunch/early dinner and had a fantastic experience! Our server, Brad, was great! Personable, pleasant, nice and always checked in with us. He made it a great dining experience. Congrats to the kitchen staff, the food was better than expected and was excellent! Will definately be back!

Second time at this restaurant. First time for lunch was good. No issues. This meal, my child was served uncooked / raw chicken finger. Luckily my wife noticed before he ate it. Will not be back. Regardless, serving uncooked poultry to a child is unacceptable anywhere!

Service was good. Soup and Salads along with the bread was fresh but the main entrées were utterly most horrendous. Veggies are microwaved from frozen bag and the seafood along with chicken was freezer burned along with under cooked

Went on an afternoon with my daughter for a late lunch. They put us in a booth close to the washrooms and could amell the bathroom odours . Gross, the booth seats were very worn … like really for the prices, they should do some upgrades. Disappointed….

Our experience last night dining at Sarnias east side marios was superb, from the friendly hostess to the happy server (Ron) we had a fun time. ....great atmosphere and great food. We started out with salad and tomato soup, of course acompanied by their delicious hot bread (we ate three of these) The main course was cheese capelliti For both of us, we finished with a coffee. My wife and myself just ate good food and relaxed - just what we needed after a stressful week See my pictures I posted of East Side Marios Sarnia

Thanks for having gluten free. My meal was amazing!!! And no problems later!!! Loved every bite!!!

Steak and potatoes were awesome! Did not expect such good steak- my 2yo ate half of mine ! Staff was really great they cheered my girl up after a hard day.. even while she continuously called them meatballs 😜 Very happy with the dine in experience ... last time we got take out and capeletti was awful. Defintly redeemed themselves : )

I was in last week with a friend of mine and we were both very disappointed in the service and the food. My friend and I basically had to wait on ourselves, get out own utensils, salads, etc....we were only asked once if we needed anything by our server (while the table next to us was repeatedly asked if they needed anything else) and we had to keep asking other servers for assistance as ours clearly did not care. Also when my food came it was missing the sauce on the pasta - it literally came as dry pasta, broccoli and baked cheese - no Alfredo sauce at all, which it is supposed to obviously come with. By the time I was able to get another servers attention to ask for some sauce - my food was already cold and I no longer wanted it nor did I eat it! We had to ask for everything, from salad refills to bread requests, utensil requests, sauce for my pasta, to drink refills. I was just beyond disappointed in the service we received and sadly will not be retuning nor recommending this establishment any longer!

The food was delicious and the service fantastic. Made my little boys birthday supper a memorable experience. Thanks folks 👍🙂

I worse then hated it. I ordered $65 on food online only to be told they closed just as my order came in even though i placed it at 2pm and the store closed at 4pm. Then they tell me to go to there competitor what a joke. I will never be spending a dime there again and making sure others don't as well.

Very disappointing Service was very bad went for my sons 19th birthday we will never go back

Food was excellent! Considering how busy it was(extremely!) Service was also excellent!
