I just spent a week in New Brunswick & ate here 3 times! Unfortunately we do not have an East Side Mario's where I live so I couldn't get enough of it while on vacation! Food was delicious every time! On one of my visits our server was training another girl & of course the service is a bit slower when that happens, but I really didn't mind! Everyone has to learn at some point!

Just finished a great meal at East Side Mario's in Saint John and wanted to pass along a commendation regarding our server, Joshua. He was super personable and did a great job making sure we were satisfied with all aspects of our dining experience. Kudos to you, Joshua on passing along your positive energy to our table. We all left with a smile on our face and full bellies. He's an asset to your team!
My family of 4 went there on Valentine's day for the first time. We were treated the very best.Our waitress was awesome, always checking on us and paying attention to our 2 young kids. The food was great! No complaints here!! Definitely would return.
Sitting here again at East Side and it is so good.....Hells Kitchen meal exceeded our expectations....ask to be seated at Steve's section, again he has wowed us with his service....simply the best!!
I went into the saint John location for lunch today, when we sat down our server was very prompt to come over get our drinks orders bread and salad, but then we waited 45 minutes for our meals. We were on a time limit to make it home for the bus so I asked if we could pay for our salad and drinks and cancel our meals. The general manager came over VERY quick to see what the problem was. From what we gather it was just a case of "to many cooks in the kitchen" the general manager put a rush on our order, packaged it to go, AND took care of our bill. This is great customer service! We will be back, everyone handled the situation great!
My group of 9 had a great experience tonight! It was a full house in there and we still had outstanding service and everyone loved their food! I highly recommend the Feta Brushetta :D
We have always had a great experience at Eastside Marios. The food is great and the all you can eat soup and salad is just that. I've never had a bad experience with a server but I imagine it does happen wherever you go so I guess we've been lucky. Food is great and that's why we go.
We sat at the bar this evening on our way to the movies. We were promptly served by Ryan L. He was very professional and served us quickly when he learned that we were there for drinks and apps. He was not at all concerned when we forgot to give him our CAA card after he had already printed our bill. He corrected it and explained how the charges work. It was great to receive good service from Ryan and he is definitely at asset to your Waite staff. Thanks Ryan we will be back and hope to be seated in his section again!
Amazing staff! Was in tonight ordering food for take out and the girl running the bar was fantastic at her job! She was running the bar, waitressing, running salads, etc. I've never seen a harder working employee there. She deserves a kudos and a raise!!
Don’t let the exterior of the building fool you. Its a huge, lively and happening place inside.
Really good Vegetarian options and quick service.
We were quickly sat. Then nothing. A manager stopped by to say bread was coming. No drink order or nothing. No one came to our table except to drop of bread. We waited 20 minutes and left. When we left not one of the 4 staff standing at the hostess stand asked if there was an issue. We will never come back.

A genuinely magical place! Please read! The free samples were offered the moment we sat down, as not only did the menu's have lettuce in between the folds, but a few small nuggets of what I could only assume was breading from a chicken meal was under the menu on our table! After this, two loaves of bread were given to us without the hassle of plates of cutlery getting in the way (so thoughtful of them!). When the salad was brought to our tables, I truly believe they must have been reading my mind. We ALL know the struggles of eating salad leaf by leaf, right? So they gave my partner and I BOTH the bottom stock of the lettuce. So compact and convenient, no need to dig leaf by by leaf I was so overjoyed that I almost didn't even notice how flavorless the dressing was. But not only are the generous, they are also environmentally friendly :O I know this because when they brought us cutlery for our meals, they gave my partner and I ONE napkin between the two of us. Best of all though, the folks there must truly know the sense of community amongst St.John-ers, as they sat us so close to another table, just a slight turn of the head, and I was actually involved in a stranger's conversation! When we really look back at this memory we will cherish for ever, it doesn't even matter that we were dissatisfied with our food, of felt it was over priced, we were paying for the EXPERIENCE, and Noone can say that isn't worth it.
Excellent service and top notch food. I highly recommend this location. My family has been going here for over 15 years and it is always a great experience.
