Terrible experience ever. we ordered some food for our kid but when I opened the wrapper around my daughter's burger I saw mold on the burger! I also ordered a spicy burger and when I opened that burger the sauce was everywhere! This is not acceptable that the burger had mold. I will never go back again. :(

East side saint john nb have not once been able to go in there and out with my order. Always 30 minute wait on chicken they never have enough ready to go. Unlike the one on westside saint john I have no complaints

Ordered the Frosty Feast meal deal and it was worth every penny. Amazing fried chicken and the taters are so yummy. Order was hot and fresh and cooked to perfection. This is not greasy chicken at all. Will definitely return

I have to add follow-up. I have been pleasantly surprised to find the quality consistent and yes the staff are always helpful and the service is prompt.
Also the dining room is very clean and the staff bring your food to your table.

Food is good when it's not contaminated by stuff that i have no idea what they are.
Ordered popcorn chicken quite frequently but i kept finding things like that looked like charcoal onion rings, hair, a somehow battered wet crinkle cut pickle that smelled to high heaven, 75% of the popcorn chicken are bean sized or smaller with rock hard batter and no meat.
The popcorn chicken order comes with a drink and half the time after they said pull up i had to remind them it comes with a drink and ask for it. I let it slide the first 4 or 5 times and politely reminded them but after that it just got really annoying.
The drive threw window staff are very friendly but the food and obvious training and deplorable.

I order fathers day dinner (13 piece meal and a large fry for extra) and I get to blacks harbour and there are no taters. I call and the number is not available. I call the west side and they don't answer and voicemail not set up. This is completely unacceptable. Thanks for ruining fathers day dinner.
