Review Swiss Chalet - Saint John

Great chicken, soup, and fries. Surprisingly the wings were not as good as they usually are. Typically they have great wings. They were well overcooked and probably shouldn't have left the kitchen. The lemon meringue pie crust was very hard to cut through, however tasted fine. Had a kitchen ticket on my plate under my food. Brought it to the attention of our server. She asked if I wanted to see if the Manger could do anything. I told her it was fine but she should pass it up as the next person may not take it so lightly. Still a great meal even though I got a kitchen ticket under my food and my gravy never made it. It was March break so the place was busy. Things get overlooked. All the best Darleen" My response "Pepsi, budlight, chicken wrap, soup bowl and Caesar salad, Soup bowl ,10 wings and half a chicken dinners with fries and gravy, pie" (Didn't end up getting the gravy) No biggy. I let that go too. Company Rep "Thank you! I have given you an in store credit of $40. Hope that next time is better for you. Thank you Darleen" I'm grateful for any credit but as corporate business making top dollar owe up to your word. You said you would credit the meal. $40 credit wouldn't pay for that meal 20 years ago. Poor Management, Poor public relations with resolving customer issues, lack of attention to detail and poor food hygiene practices or concerns. Please consider eating somewhere other than Swiss Chalet while in Saint John N.B. , Canada.

This place is good. The time I entered in this place with my boyfriend there was a sanitizer bottle near the door and all the covid-19 regulations were followed. The lady showed the place to sit. I found the staff was very friendly. You can find a lot in non vegetarian food but in vegetarian there is only one option. I think they should add more vegan food as people from different countries live here and more than 50% are pure vegetarian. And most probably this can increase the customers.

Normally this location is a great meal with good service. Tonight we had a family gathering there and the food was cold. The waitress left and rarely came back but the place was not busy. The food also seemed quickly prepared and slapped together. I will go back again as I hope it was just a bad night.

My mom and I visited your location for lunch on Wednesday. Brandon our server was prompt and very friendly. The restaurant was clean and very welcoming!! The food was hot and fresh. I Absolutely love the Canuck sandwich it was delicious! Mom had the fish and chips and enjoyed as well. We will be back.

I went to this restaurant reluctantly and I was surprised that they actually served fish and chips. I will say the the meal was awesome! Great service and great food. I highly recommend it.

Today we made our annual visit to Swiss Chalet to enjoy the Festive Specials!!! We timed it perfectly, going mid afternoon when there would be less people. As always, our meals were delicious and the service was wonderful!!! 🎅🎄☺️

Good food and good service. Usually very quick. Had this for lunch today. Super good
