that was worst steak house i been . we older steak pasta, burger amd rice .steak over seasoning,pasta no salt at all . Burger chinken were over seasoning by salt and bread was cold and rice was still hard(after apps we wait for main like 30mins).And service i think he ask me for tips. i mean wow really?

The food is really good to hear the service is really good you never have to wait long for your order to place is always clean the bathrooms are clean the tables are clean really excellent customer service the prices are very affordable really great place in a very good restaurant if you're looking for a good time I highly recommend that you come here thanks for everything guys really appreciate it. Joel is AMAZING.
The food was excellent, the styling of the restaurant was fantastic, and just the vibe in general was great.
Our server, Joel, was knowledgeable, kind, friendly, very easy to get along with, and extremely helpful when making slight changes to our food.
This place is definitely my go-to spot when I’m in Saint John, and I hope to get Joel when I go back there for dinner again tonight.
They also accept uptown bucks!

We were really disappointed.... We made a reservation and were seated in a broken down booth with the seat covering ripped and falling apart... by the kitchen. It was more like a roadhouse pub than a steakhouse. We felt rushed the entire time.... The steak was okay for taste but certainly not a 40 dollar ribeye. The sea food was mediocre at best. We won't be back. It's unfortunate. It has a lot of potential. Maybe covid has affected things but this was not the experience we were looking for. We got dressed up to have a nice steakhouse meal and felt overdressed, out of place and rushed.... and watching the kitchen staff handling the food with their hands was not appetizing.... At all....
I'll give it two stars just to provide a benefit of the doubt for covid....

For my birthday dinner I chose Church Street Steakhouse. My choice was superb. The waitress was a sweetheart and the food was fabulous. We both had the 38 Special. The steak was cooked to our specifications. This was our first time there. We will be back

The food was delicious, hands down. I had the asiago steak pasta, and it was everything I could have hoped for. The interior had a great, old-style feel, with lots of exposed brick and asymmetrical seating. I was, however, a bit disappointed with the staff. I found the waiter to be a bit unfriendly and abrupt. Who knows, it could have been an off night for him. **CoViD-19-related note: There was practically NO screening of people coming in, to see if they were wearing masks, to ask them to maintain distancing from other groups.

I tried a burger from the new menu last night and I haven’t stopped thinking about it!!! Now I’m counting the minutes until the next time I can get in there for another!!! Also gorgeous place and incredible staff!!!
