I was here for lunch with my colleagues. The food came fast enough to beat 1 hour lunch break. The variety for lunch menu is good enough as well as the price and the portion. The parking is usually not a problem. There are plenty around the restaurant.

It's a highly recommended place to have appetizers and beers. They have happy hours everyday after 9 pm on food and beverages. They are open till 1 sometimes. Staff is so nice and friendly.

The food was delicious, lunch menu is great, the service was good but the restaurant didn’t seem to be all that clean. Sitting down at our table there was a smell, like when you wipe a counter with an old dish cloth. The floors to the washroom and the washroom floors were so sticky to walk on, like they were wiped with and old mop and dirty water. Dealing with covid, it just seemed like there should be a fresher smell, that of a cleaner or sanitizer. Otherwise a great experience.

Amazing and fast service, no waiting and the food is great. They don’t have vegan options but you can easily ask to remove the cheese. Try the mediterranean pizza and sweet potato fries! Hummus plate doesn’t really taste like hummus but it’s cool

Food pricing was good, food quality was also good+. Outside and foyer was clean and well presented, music and noise levels very adequate. On the cleanliness side, the table was dirty , not crumbs, sticky stuff. Waitress was 2/5 friendly, and abrupt. Satisfied with the chain, but not this location and experience.

Serving staff was very good for our large group of 28! Food was hot a land tasty. Serving size was a little small but good overall. Prices are on the high side but very reasonable for the quality.

This Boston Pizza has amazing servers. Jasmine is sweet and engaging with our children. Food is perfectly cooked. Love going to a place when you know the kids will eat it all. Keep up the good work.

Good server...working hard but food was horrible. Cold cold cold, sent back brought new food, which was really the old food put under the heat lamp. The bathrooms were also very dirty...not enough staff working . The food server should be different then the drink server, so things move quicker...

Our server Emily was really great, food was good... however as I was leaving a mouse ran out of the kitchen into the dining room. I notified the manager but I don’t feel she was overly concerned about the situation. We were told their building is sinking and they have holes in the building now which is how they get in.. but assured us the health inspector visits daily.. Keep your feet up and eyes peeled...Oscar the grouch is now getting the left overs and sharing them with Mickey Mouse.

Just visited with some of my family on the 20th and like almost ever single time I or we've ever been there the service was great, the food was just as good and the dining area was virtually spotless. BPSJ is hands down my favorite establishment in the city whether it be out with the boys for drinks or out with the family to dine. I would also like to give a special shoutout to our server this night Shannen(I believe it was an en and is a team leader) �. My youngest can be rather difficult when ordering food and she was very friendly and patient.. thank you Shannen and BPSJ.

Food is great and servers and wonderful but management needs to make more staff available for big groups !! Made a reservation 2 weeks in advance for a large group (about 20 ) still only 1 server at our table so the wait on drinks was terrible, some people didn't get meal until others were finished eating , had to ask 2-3 times for forgotten things like gravy or another drink ect .

Ordered delivery at 6 pm didn't get our food until 7:40 pm. I called the restaurant at 6:50 pm to ask how much longer we would have to wait as my 1.5 yr old was starving waiting for her supper. They told me it should arrive any minute. 50 minutes later it finally arrived. The drivers excuse was he couldnt find the place. I sat in my window from 6:40-7:40 waiting and the driver did not pass my house once. The burgers were soggy from sitting around for so long. The cheese on the burgers was absolutely disgusting, it was brownish in color and tasted like plastic. The garlic bread that came with the pasta was some how totally charred and soggy at the same time (guess thats what happens when it sits in a warming bag for that long). And to top it all off, it was all cold. So we waited almost 2 hours to spend 50$ on cold soggy food. Wont be wasting my money on Boston Pizza again.

Horrible service today!! Waited 40 minutes for food that didn't come. Had to go up to the counter and ask someone to box it up to go. Got it it home and no sour cream or salsa. Fries were old.

I am not a fan of leaving a bad review, but I feel I need to in the hope that a manager will take a look at this and do something about it. We ordered on-line tonight.They said the food would be ready in 20 mins. My husband went to pick it up and they could not find the order. They asked him 3 times, what was the name again? He then waited 1/2 hour to get the order. We opened the food and the container containing pasta was dry, cold, tasteless and only about 1/4 full. The pizza was cold, tasteless and very expensive for the size. As we don't treat ourselves very often, we were really disappointed. The meal was $50.00 for some cold pasta and pizza. We had a salad that was just ok. I really don't want anything back from this other than for the management to take the bad reviews you have been receiving seriously and do something about it to improve your service and food. There really is no excuse for a company like yours to do this to it's valued customers.

After a previous visit was less then positive I filled out the receipt survey and to my surprise the General Manager of this franchise contacted me and wanted us to return for a re-do dinner. She also apologized for the negative experience that we had had and wanted to use our situation as a learning tool for her and her staff. My family and I returned for dinner tonight and the GM went above and beyond to ensure that our family had a excellent dining experience and that the issues that we had before were addressed. We were attended to by an amazing server, Andrea, who made our son's night by bringing him out a monstrous-size brownie - the look on his face made everyone's night. The GM and server are model employees and fantastic people - and it's no wonder that with employees like Shannen and Andrea that Boston Pizza has been member of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies for 21 consecutive years. We will be back for sure knowing that our local Boston Pizza provides healthy allergy-friendly menu choices and staff that are willing to go that extra step to ensure a great dining experience!
