The service is very bad and it takes a lot of time to serve food. Plus they always forget things that you order.
Very bad customer service, extremely slow. Told me it was all and as I checked, I was missing a dawn sandwich. Didn't even bother to apologize.
Today 2 of July 2020 (9:50am) I made an order of 2 ice caps and while I was still on the microphone I modified my order and I was told I can change it when I get to the window. The manager at the window refuses to modify it (in a rude and unprofessional way) « I don’t have time to change your order
There was only one person who works for both side drive throw and customer inside the store. It took too much time for preparing 2 bagels .
Worst experience ever. I took about 15 min for each customer to get his order.

Fast food at a good price. Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches. Would prefer a grilled chicken but that is no longer an option so..... the sandwiches were good and hot. The rest of the order was also what we expected. A good value for the money.
