Wow. I would give more than 5 stars if possible. I lived in Montreal for 4 years and can only think of one other bakery with croissants as flakey/buttery as Hoopers. So many thin layers of pastry goodness... The selection isn't huge but since everything is so good I have to go back multiple times per week. Thank you for the amazing work you folks do!
I really enjoyed their goods. I had the croissant, almond croissant (?), strawberry rhubarb (croissant, danish, not sure what it's called), chocolat pain (?) and... these were all fantastic to me. I love the crisp, flakey, exterior and the melt in your mouth inside. The strawberry rhubarb is... is ridiculously good. What a treat.
We are so lucky to have Hooper’s in Rossland. Delicious every time, and even better, the service is above and beyond. My family was visiting from Nova Scotia and wanted to try some more goods but couldn’t get to the shop before leaving. Hooper’s graciously accommodated them and we are so grateful. Anytime we go to Hooper’s, it’s always an extremely happy experience. Wish I could give them a million stars!
Amazing that this little bakery in this little town produces the most delicious croissants, cherry turnovers, apple streusels, salted caramel chocolate chip cookies and almond-chocolate croissants! We tried them all and were very impressed. You can’t go wrong (unless of course you’re in a diet- but you gotta live a little on vacation).
This place is amazing! The almond croissants are best ones I have ever had! I can not wait to visit next year and get some more.
kudos to the best croissants, baguettes and fogage' i have ever experienced. I highly recommend this 5 star bakery, c'est tres bon excellent bakery, you just stepped into France in Rossland viola... heaven. :) everything is superb #1

Everything is absolutely delicious and the staff are always very friendly. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful bakery in town!
