The person in charge was yelling at trainees and till person during a busy moment. I ordered a large gravy and was charged for it but apparently they don't sell large gravies anymore. I received 4 smalls which was fine with me but the manager wasn't happy with the till person. They might have 11 her

Came for lunch the other day. I love KFC, you can never beat the price. the food was well done, always worried the chicken will hurt my stomach but it's never been an issue at this location and that says something!

Make sure to check your order before you leave, 1hr drive back is not worth for missing fries, and the pieces are so small and weird, and so expensive! Im not sure how could this be kfc, everything is so different. The 1 star is for the macaroni salad at least thats consistent!

This is the worst chicken ever … don’t know how they even stay in business… gross gross gross … oil in fryer must be old and they over fried the chicken and fries… no salads because they blame the supplier so if you get sides with your order you get fries gravy and biscuits…. 🤦‍♀️

About a month ago we got a meal that was too salty to finish. Decided to give them another chance yesterday. DL'd a coupon for this area good till Jan 9, 2022 for a variety bucket @ $25.99. Called ahead so it would be ready. When I asked the price she said something over $40. I know there wasn't $15

Went to go get a bucket of chicken. Waited in line for 10 mins, get to the counter and give the cashier my coupon and ask for the 12 piece, fries and gravy (coupon) and also a chicken burger. He says 'we don't have coupons' I showed him that they clear do because I have one and it's good till jan202

Probably the worst KFC I've been to, for innumerable reasons to say the least.

Terrible front staff. Have my order to another customer. When I returned to get my proper order, I was told they were out of chicken and I'd have to wait at least 20 minutes. Took forever to get my money back. Kitchen staff seemed nice.
