Usually Tim's is great and quick, even when they're really busy, but we must have hit the Rocky Tim's on a bad day. The line was incredibly slow, people had waited 40 minutes for their food, and most of the orders in our group were not correct. The random food we finally ended up with was good as

Service is super slow. Has been for a long time. Always new staff. Many times they don’t have what you want. Today I ordered a cream of broccoli soup and got chicken noodle. Also now the buns are half the size they used to be. This place has gone downhill the last couple of years.

Entered the building at 9:45AM, ordered at 10:20AM, got my two iced capps at 10:32AM. There was roughly 7 workers present, and 4 customers ahead of me. I won't even mention the time when my friend ordered a single coffee. The Tim Horton franchise is simply becoming laughable.

Stopped to grab a coffee and use the bathroom. Utterly disgusting. These bathrooms were extremely dirty. My 4 year old couldnt even go. It was so so horribly dirty. The womens were out of order so we didnt have a choice. But i have never seen a bathroom this dirty.

The drive thru wait is always long. They take forever to take your order in the intercom and they’re usually very rude and short. It’s a good when we come through and they are polite.

As a trucker I have seen a lot of nasty dirty places. This place is disgustingly dirty from the bathroom to the eating area. If they allow this to be visible to the public areas imagine how unsanitary it is in the places the public cannot see. Terrible service. Gross.

I’ve been several times and every time I am reminded why I don’t go there. Terrible service. No toilet paper. Eek. Quick stop becomes 20 minutes
