Review Earl's - Rocky Harbour

Excellent restaurant on edge of town. We had the Moose Pizza and Moose Burger and we were amazed at how lean and flavourful it was. The Moose burger was not on the menu, just written on the notice board as you come into the restaurant. Be patient, they are getting back up to full capacity and have limitations due to not enough staff. But the food, oh-my-goodness-it's-delicious. Highly recommended!!

🍛 Jigs Dinner & More 🍲 This family style restaurant is a very nice spot to enjoy a delicious cooked meal. The service offered today was also a pleasure to see. The server had a fantastic welcoming personality & the food was served fresh. We will definitely be returning to this diner on our next visit to Rocky Harbour.

Recommended by our hosts at Augustus Jane Inn. Service and food were both terrific. We had the Cod au Gratin and the Fisherman’s Catch. Moose Pizza for an appetizer and Cheesecake with BakeApple jam (also called Cloudberry) for dessert. Cheesecake was nice and light. Glad we tried the BakeApple berries but they are seedy, like raspberries but bigger seeds. The locals eat here! Very reasonable prices.

Had the Moose Burger with fries. Tasted good! So much food! I also heard the chowder was amazing. All staff was friendly and helpful.

This place is the absolute slappity. Home made rolls, baked beans, and the most sea foody sea food chowder I’ve ever had. Loved the fish cakes as well. Most sea food cakes like that I expect to be half bread BUT NO! nOT THESE! It was like the “oops all berries” captain crunch cereal but it was more like “oops all fish”! All jokes and goofs aside this place was a great place to warm up after a cold day and have some awesome food. Please visit and tell ‘em Turner sent ya!

Think of the best home cook you know and this is better. Moose meat stew was perfection! And Partridge Berry pie, well, you can't pass it by.

Earle's is actually a restaurant and gift shop. The convenience store is across the street. The first evening we went there for supper there was a wait so we ordered a moose meat pizza to go. It was one of the best pizzas I ever had. We went earlier the next night and had a lovely meal. The one piece fish and chips and a pan fried cod burger. Prices are reasonable and the staff pleasant.

This place is so homey and cozy and makes all of their food from scratch - and you can tell. Some of the best seafood chowder I've ever had. Staff was super kind too! We're heading back tomorrow to try the pie!
