Horrible. I've never had to wait so long at a drive thru. After a good 40min wait, we finally decided to leave because we were going to miss the ferry. The employee said they were only 3 in the kitchen, which is why we had to wait so long. Go to another Tim's.
I not really appreciated my experience here because a wasp is on the interior side of a window, but my iced cappuccino is excellent, your restaurant is mostly clean, your prices are very affordable, a gas station is situated aside and your employees are very friendly and nice.
Very slow, closes at 8PM and won't serve food past 7PM. Takes at least 15 minutes inside even when there are almost no customers, and takes 25 minutes in the drive-thru mid-afternoon. In dire need of more employees...maybe paying a livable wage would help with that?

Terrible service; gummy grilled cheese sandwiches because not cooked enough; paid for bacon on one, no bacon; potato wedges cold and dried up to the point of being inedible. Drive further into town to the other Timmy's. Your chances of it being better are extremely good.
Very slow service, at 8 am on a Friday morning. 15 minute wait for a muffin and a coffee with only 2 people ahead of me.
Didnt go inside because of Covid but service was fast and orders on point
