Review Tim Hortons - Riviere du Loup

Stayed there for the night as it was go cold outside and I had to wait for a garage to open so I can fix my car and continue my trip. Got a coffee and nobody asked me to leave or anything that way! And they where busy! So I really liked that

Worst Tim Hortons in whole of Canada. Their service is slow which due to staff shortage is understandable but they keep messing with simple orders. Three times they gave me just milk instead of French Vanilla. Today I ordered a medium French Vanilla and a small black coffee and was given a small french vanilla (which I didnt see at that time and thought its black coffee) and the guy told me that French vanilla machine is not working so I had to get hot chocolate instead. They keep messing simple things and its not because of English or French as my wife speaks perfect french but unfortunately they are the only Tim Hortons in RDL so we have to keep going here. Wouldn't even give them 1 star....

Staff was very unfriendly. Woman with dark hair and freckles 6:30 p.m July 1st. Attempted my best French but was reminded that when I'm in quebec I need to speak French. She played dumb and pretended not to understand what cream meant. Translation is pretty similar... It'll be my last time at this timmies and the province if I can help it.

My order wasn't as requested.

I speak DECENT French, order was still completely messed up. English muffins were soaking in butter when I clearly said no butter, even made hand gestures. Accidents happen but I’m on a road trip and now I don’t get to eat breakfast. Very sad.

It was good! The service was fast! Nothing bad to say😊
