Review Les Complices - Rimouski

Marine Sergent
Cute restaurant with a very friendly staff. Beer is good and there is a good range of meals and snacks.

Food was ok, decor is fine. The prices are honest, as long as you stick with uncomplicated food (pasta, burger, etc.). I would say it's the perfect spot for dinner with the family. However, I wouldn't recommend this place for a date as the ambiance is a bit cold.

Cute place with friendly staff, however there are serious problems with the breakfast (undercooked beans, cold potatoes, no actual kids meals). However they seems to care (good ham, sosages, etc. Seems to be local products). It's also quite expensive for what it is, which would not be a problem if the food was good.

I decided to visit after being very rudely turned around at Le Crepe Chignon, not knowing we needed a reservation. The staff legitimately laughed and said they were full and did not apologize. Thanks to them, I settled on going to Les complices instead. What a refreshing place for Rimouski. It's incredible that they are not talked about more. The atmosphere, menu, pricing and service is very reminiscent of places I go in Toronto/New York City. Not ont that, but they serviced us in each of our preferred language and remembered who spoke what. Thank you for being something that is missing in my old town and merci d'être aussi génial. Je reviendrai aussitôt que je peux.

(Translated by Google) Disappointment. We went for the lunches. He only had 5 choices on the menu. We had the Egg Benedict with Maple Braised Pork. First, the braised meat did not taste like maple and the potatoes were poorly seasoned. Second, coffee (filter) is not included with lunch ... Third, when it opens, at 7 a.m., it is unacceptable to have a dirty toilet. Fourth, I don't care if your eggs are sous-vide or not, Eggs Benedict must have a runny yolk. Considering that you load your dish with 2 eggs benedict for $ 18 without the coffee. We must expect service and experience far superior to what we have had. Sorry, that’s a no for me.

(Translated by Google) The prices are high for the quality of some products. A hot and tasty salmon tartare, a "full batch" of liquid crème brûlée, a two hour meal on a day when the restaurant is almost empty, and an absolutely disgusting washroom. The starter was good and the dessert correct.
