Passing by Rimouski, I walked into a restaurant at random. Unexpectedly, it was the biggest surprise of my trip. The enthusiastic waiters and I could see the clean and tidy kitchen from where I sat.
Not only was the food absolutely incredible, but the service and vibe were top-notch. If you are looking for a high-end dining experience at an insanely fair price, this place is everything you are looking for. 100% recommend.

Good cuisine, incrediblely slow service, an 1hr between 2nd & 3rd courses. Tasty cuisine, but we were 1st into Bistro, many were served before us, kept asking for cuisine, 1 person had AA meeting to attend, made him late. There you go, the truth hurts, but you need to know.
Excellent food (and I was there a Tues evening!). Great service and nice wine list. Highly recommend.
Pricey for ok food. I'm convinced that there are better food in Rimouski at more reasonable price.
