I tried the new apple pie donut, and they forgot the apple pie filling. I called Tim Hortons and the store was supposed to get back to me, and they never did. The donut was fresh, just missing the filling.
While out walking in downtown Richmond, I stopped for lunch at Tim Hortons. The service was great, as was the chili, sourcreme doughnut 🍩 😋 & coffee.
(New Review Jan 23, 2022) Slow Take Out: Waited for 15 mins and all other customers behind me finished with their orders and left. I questioned why and the manager on site told me the order was not ready (likely forgot). There was an item refund, but level of service as mentioned in earlier review,
A Canadian favourite for coffee and donuts. There are also other food items for a light meal. They have a Drive-Thru window. Lots of free parking. #letsguide #donuts
Tim Hortons it's ok you won't find the best coffee of your life there but you might get something to wake you up whether is just from a sugar overdose or from caffeine. Steep Tea is a quite pleasant drink !
Food, drink and the price are perfect, wait time horrible due to how they operate. After taking order, the cashier will go get your food, make your coffee , then rest of the line is waiting that person to come back to take next order.
Pretty gross when there are 10+ flies in the muffin display box.
I came to the restaurant today around 430pm, was planning to get my favourite honey cruller with tea......until I saw this!! (Yep, decided to order just a cup of tea and left.)

A pretty fantastic Tim Hortons. They have regular seating and also those comfy leather chairs. There are full window seating if you want some light. The free WiFi means you can study and work here. Steeped tea and ice caps are a must. Donuts are well made, and the cheese bagel is delicious.
