I'm here weekly, and I have never once left dissatisfied with the service provided by all of the wonderful employees. Obviously I have my grievances with things out of their control such as which products are in/out of stock , but that's an issue for Purdys corporate. In terms of this store itself,

Very disappointing customer service. We always buy Purdy’s bar ice cream and normally it comes with the cup to go along. It is frustrating that we purchased 3 bars and she wrap it in a plastic. It is better and convenient if you give us a cup instead of a plastic and a decent amount of napkin. Pleas
