I came here often for take outs, but it seems they often make mistakes though most staff are friendly. I ordered a 3-patty burger and they gave me 2 patty, another time they gave me a burger with no lettuce. There is hardly any effective way to do a complain, too, when you order a take out

Standard McDonald's food. The drive through got the order right. Service was good. They supplied lots of salsa packets to go with the breakfast burritos but no ketchup for the hashbrowns. Perhaps you need to request ketchup.

None of the 3 coffee are labeled with what's inside. I asked the pick up window girl which one is which. She told me to taste it. Really I'm gonna sip all 3 cups before handing it over to my colleagues at work? There's blank labels on the side to mark how many cream and how many sugar for a reason. Why would McDonald's Canada even put that on the side of the cup if ur not gonna use it?

Rubish meal, today I ordered 6 pcs chicken nuggets. The meat fuxking dry, what the fuxking quality? The chicken nuggets should go wast bin not customer mouth.
kitchen staff didn't follow Mcdonald's Made for you system.

my order which had extra pickles written on the receipt had instead no pickles. no problem. mistakes happen. I was impressed with the guy at the desk who immediately apologized and asked the back to make me a new one.
it took them forever to give it to me, but when he checked in on me again and discovered I still hadn't gotten the second burger he offered me something (I asked for a iced coffee) and made it himself.
the burger was ok, but this guy is going places. I'd hire this supervisor in a heartbeat. he is pretty young too.

No doubt I love McDonald’s but customer service makes big difference. I must say Tim always serves with big smile 😃 and it makes me wanna to go to this location. He got great sense of humour 😁

We had fillet o fish. It was amazing! I had the thick Choc smoothie to go with it. I loved the milkshake, so creamy, thick and delicious! Had large fries with it. They have a drive thru as well. Was pretty busy, lots of movement, and service was good. They have lots of parking as well.

This McDonald's doesn't treat it's staff well. Then, Last week almost everyone got sick, no frequent sanitization and alcohol sprays. No priorities for people.
How u respect staff will reflect both short-term and long term.
