We make the hour-long trip from Langley just to go here at least twice a year. It's real Northwest China (Shanxi) style food, which is really hard to find in North America where most Chinese food is a southern style or bland Beijing. Definitely go with some jiaozi and hand cut noodles. Also any dishes that say "Shanxi" if you want to branch out a bit. They also do Shaanxi style Yang Rou Pao Mo, which I know is a sometimes hard to find cult fav. Super-local crowd, feels pretty much like China, but it is definitely possible to explore the menu without Chinese skills, just have patience.
