Good decent food. My favourite there is their teriyaki chicken which I found it tender and the skin a bit crispy. Their lunch set is very filling to choose from the sides and main course. Staff was attentive and I didn't need to ask and he came and refill my hot green tea.
Nice comfortable faux Japanese restaurant. Inexpensive. Sushi was fresh and good. I also had katsu don, which was not good at all. But I would go back for sushi.
Used to be my spot for fresh oysters, 75cents each. That is no longer the case. Basic sushi, but friendly service. Fairly large portions. Pricing is decent. Needs to have more creative options!
My favourite sushi spot in Steveston! They have a great lunch special which is affordable and filling. The food there is priced very fairly for a sushi restaurant. Service is quick and friendly. I have been to this restaurant on multiple occasions, I wish there were more stars!

I visited Fisherman Sushi on Sunday. The food was okay but the service was incredibly slow. I wouldn't visit again given that there are so many incredible options for sushi in such close proximity to this restaurant.
