this location has gone downhill. when it first opened up it was good and now the quality has gone down. when I asked for spinach only it was like a leaf per inch, one black olive per leaf.... we shouldn't have to ask for more ingredients when subway is promoting healthy foods...very cheap compared to the prices for the subs. Also their customer service sucks and is careless. They wrapped my sub but when I took it out it was so poorly wrapped that the ingredients went everywhere! I think I'd rather spend the money for gas to go to pita pit .

I mean all Subways are pretty awful. However the staff here are pretty stingy with the toppings (even when you ask for/pay for more) their customer service needs some serious work. Grasp on English is pretty low so ordering can be tricky. On second thought....this basically describes every subway I've ever been to. If it wasnt one of the only things close to my work that's quick enough to grab on my lunch break, I would never step foot it.

The young staff person forgot to put cheese on my sandwich. Waited to see if she would after I reminded her I want cheese on my sandwich. Reminded her a third time as she put the sandwich into the toaster. She seemed preoccupied talking and laughing with her coworker than to pay attention to me the customer. Oh well lucky that it is two stars as it is.

Jass and Karam here need to be trained better, or just not be placed on the same shift. Screwing up my order while i'm the ONLY order they're preparing, because they were chatting so much. In fact, they were chatting\joking so much, i almost felt like i was interrupting their chat while i was trying to get my sandwich made.
Asks me what i'd like on my sandwich, then turns to answer colleague while i answer, then turns back to me and said "what's that?"
Do your job when there's customer, get friendly only when there's no customer.

Darpan and her crew is simply amazing. She is very efficient and polite. It is not only the efficiency and her great attitude that makes my lunch here amazing, but her consistent customer service. Thank you for the great service!

There was only one woman working tonight so the lineup was long when I got there, but while I was eating there was no one in the store so I imagine it comes and goes. The woman they had working tonight was incredibly fast though. She did a great job. (Aug 15, 7pm)

It's Subway. Much the same as other subways. Decor is the same, food is the same, and service is pretty similar across the board. Glad to see they've got a 599 sandwich menu though, I wish they'd bring back the old stamp system.
