Not a bad Subway. There’s a large piece of plastic (for covid) that makes it hard to communicate through it, but if you know what you want before, you can just tell them around the plastic. Service was friendly, food was decent and fresh compared to most other Subways. A nice quick stop to make.
As i am diabetic, i always ask for extra vegetables.
Love how they are not giving just 2-3 spinach leaves when i asked for extra like some other Subways.

This is by far my favourite subway! The place is always meticulously clean, the staff are great and I can get some errands done in the Cambie Plaza.
The plastic makes very difficult to give instructions to the order. Having to repeat 100 times...not fun
There are some employees who needs to be trained well on customer service.It has been more than 4 months that i get veggie burger from this branch, but today unfortunately i had to face this girl named sharan .I told her i get it from here but she’s like we only make veggie wrap ,come on girl you ju

I love to go to this place because kuldeep is the best. No matter where I am in Richmond I just drive to this place and have my sandwich. Kuldeep always serves with respect and smile. Thank you kuldeep. 😄😄.
