Consistent gem in a lesser known strip mall food court. Always fresh and fast. Prices have crept up but it is still acceptable. Other restaurants around have come and gone but they still remain. Menu is not overly complicated but they offer lots of flexibility with the ingredients you want.

I haven't been back since covid but my memory of their flat rice noodle is like eating fluffy clouds. Their beef offal noodle is my favorite, always generous in quantity and quality. I look forward to the day I will come back to your store. These guys truly are masters of their trade.
Yes price was expensive for a joint in a mall but well worth the price because literally nobody does their noodles like them. Truly unique.

Way overpriced. This soup noodle and a boxed Vita chrysanthemum drink cost $17.50. Looks a lot bigger in the photo than it actually is because of the shape of the bowl. The beef brisket was tasty, but the noodles are just like most other places. The cuttlefish balls were disappointing and lacked flavour and texture. Will not be coming back.

For me, nostalgia, a bowl of Hong Kong style of beef tendon flat rice noodles. Pefect!

Love their beef innards rice noodle soup (Chap Hor). Broth is clear, tasty and doesnt not have that MSG aftertaste. Quality is consistent which is why I keep going back.
Their beef brisket is worth a try as well, not overly fatty like other places. Beef is tender and flavourful. I usually order beef brisket with flat wide yellow noodle (Cho Mein)in soup.
