Very bad quality pizza order regular crust and i pick it up and it is the thinnest pizza ive ever seen considering it is not suppose to be thin crust. Not the first time this has happen at this location. Love to see what there thin crust looks like if regular is just flopping over.

I am sharing my personal, and recent experience. This is not about their food quality this is mainly for Muslims and Vegetarians.
- They don't wash their hands & change their gloves between making the pizza's, and handle the others with meats and touch the veggies.
- They use the same un-cleaned pans, and/or cutters to make the next pizza which had a meat pizza cooked on it. *And sometimes even after you said them CLEAN AND CUT!*
They still have separate utensils for veggies, but I am quite confused to how every single order almost has contamination with meat?
I also confirmed in-person with their staff and they also said it could be possible when we have back to back orders!
My thoughts exactly. It's too high of a pace to just stop and wash everything that could come in contact with your food. It's not malicious, toppings get mixed up because of the high pace as staff mentioned themselves.

Used a 50% off coupon, and there were like 20 orders in the queue, but my pizza was still fine, didnt seem rushed or anything.

Since this review the pizza has improved immensely!
It looks and tastes awesomene now until there was a hair in our pizza.
So I called the store and they were happy to send out a replacement. Unfortunately the replacement wasn't even close to the first pizza with hair in it.
It was a sad and unappealing looking pizza compared that arrived with a hair cooked in btwn 2 pizza slices.
Pizza toppings on top of cheese. Uneven spread of toppings. We paid extra for sausage and pepperoni but on almost half had none.
You can do better dominos on Cambie.

Domino's is now having a carry out promo. For 5.99 you get a medium 2 topping pizza. Add 2 bucks on top for a large 2 topping. I haven't had a issue here at this east Richmond location. The reviews were pretty bad here. I think the staff is more intimidated by in person orders? I dunno? But they were definitely scared of my big friendly husky haha.<br/>The promotion is limited till the end of the month.

Work hard for your money? Well these guys sure don't, and they don't deserve the cash you've earned. Especially when you're handing them your money for awful cold pizza and slimy, deceitful service. IF there pizza actually makes it, you won't have anything else from the order. Dips, drink? Forget it. Complain? Next order's on us! Well sounds nice but it's actually not really, they just say this to get you off the phone. So they instill mild faith in you, and you order again and once again wrong. This time you're really mad and the "customer service agent" greets you by laughing at you and turning the situation around and blaming it on you, Finally when you're promised a refund will be delivered back to you don't wait around, because they are just having fun with you, Or just be smarter than me and don't bother in the first place. Thanks for nothing (Ravish)? Supposed manager

We placed an order with the dominos store on Cambie Road in Richmond BC and waited for our pizza to be delivered for at least an hour. We called the store to find out what was going on and were told that the lady who took our order didn't put the order through because she assumed we did not want the order, even though we gave her our address and were told how much the bill would come to. When we asked to speak to a manager, we were told there was no manager that we could talk to. Absolutely horrible customer service, especially when you have hungry kids waiting for pizza way after dinner time. Probably never going to order with dominos again and definitely will not recommend to anybody else either.
