Rotten lettuce on both burgers !!
Seriously, how does anybody think this is edible!
Very poor quality control, really shows how little the staff cares.
Probably explains why I had food poisoning after I went there a few days ago !
Will defenetly not be returning.
This is a very convenient location with large dining area. The standard Burger King quality and taste you would normally to expect. However though the place is not clean. Stains on the floor, none of the tables was clean although hardly anyone was dining in when we got there. We had to ask one staff
Top BK in BC! I always ask for a fresh Whopper at any BK but this location ALWAYS delivers. They pluck the picture perfect Whopper from the photos and heat it up on the grills of Heaven. Keep it up Richmond Location, you do good work.

I was so hungry so i decided to go for a quick bite. I didn't know I would have to wait for twenty-five minutes just for breakfast. Only two people were working there. looking after takeaway, drive-through and the cash register customers. The wait made me lose my appetite.
Almost as good as before. I miss the flame grilled flavor and scorch marks on the patties. Always use the drive through. If you are a walk-in, you will wait.
Comparing to other Burger Kings, this one is so plain. Chicken burgers were so smelly and they charged for tomato and onion!!! Well, others don't!
There's always a no with something. It's not the favorite location although the area itself is really nice and awesome.

Wonderful staff! They were very busy with a huge order, so they forgot a few items in my order. When I told them, they gave me my items that were missing and another free burger and fries! Would definitely recommend this location.
