I went with two rambunctious kids.Delicious flavours & endless choices. It's expensive & kids will go crazy choosing from the toppings. I went with a 50% off coupon from the entertainment book but the clerk & manager refused to honour it because it wasn't in their computer system. They argued & I to

it's a nice clean store. I'm a little bias towards franchise stores. but this one is a great shop, and their isn't too many in the Richmond area. The staff was really energetic and happy to talk about up coming promotions and fun flavours.

The Menchies in Richmond is excellent. It is the one on Blundell & 2 Road and I have been to this Menchies location three times, since it opened last fall.

My fiance and I come here all the time. The franchise owner is super friendly and the store is very clean.
