I like mango slush! Fresh! No syrup and taste really good!

Personally, I have always had a good experience at Big Orange. Their service is good and they are patient with me when I ask them what options for the tea or toppings are available. I believe they have recently changed owners so there is a new menu of items that they offer. Customer service is still great!

I tried so many bubble tea before, this is the best one, especially the fresh fruit smoothie, definitely will come again. Service is also great, I have never tip in bubble tea shop before, this is my first time.

ALMOST KILLED A CHILD. Sharing my friend's story...<br/><br/>Knowing her child was lactose intolerant, a mom double checked if they had anything dairy free. They said Rainbow was dairy free so she got her child a cone. Moments later, the child broke out in hives. The mom rushed her child to the pharmacy at Shoppers where they gave him allergy medicine. <br/>Going back to double check, it was discovered that the FIRST ingredient was "fresh milk". None of the employees bothered to check it the first time. They called the owner and she said "If there was dairy, it's the ice cream company's problem." She did not refund the cone nor reimburse the allergy medicine because there was "no doctor's note" and she was not present. Her employees informed her the bucket did say "milk" AND "skim milk". She refused to apologize and just told her employees to give a refund. <br/><br/>Guys, allergies affect EVERYONE. This owner is absolutely rude and has no consideration. I will be boycotting this location from now on. I cannot stand bad service, and I will not tolerate something that will put someone's life in danger because they were not careful.

If I had a strong hankering for bubble tea, I’d probably prefer to brave the walk to Lansdowne and get one from Fair Bee instead of here.
