I live in Richmond BC. There are quite a few Subway locations and I can choose between a couple of them. I usually go to the location at 3rd and Williams because it’s easier to park. I’ve always received good customer service and the products are pretty fresh. That was not the case last night at all. I went at 7:30pm and the man that was working was miserable. I understand bad days, I do, sometimes customers are terrible or things aren’t going well. I have worked many customer service positions myself. Never ever have I experienced a situation like last night. The man didn’t want to sell me 12 cookies because he needed some for the case. Those were his exact words. I asked him the question “you’re not willing to sell me cookies?” He replied “maybe a few but not 12” I was really shocked and he could tell so he offered that he could maybe sell me an assorted box but that he would have to pick them. I said no (because I can’t eat the cookies with chocolate) and felt like getting really angry at him but I didn’t. I’m not that kind of person. I would want to know if I was the owner of the store. I don’t know about you but if I am working with the intention of selling goods and services, that’s what I do. Laziness is not the key

I mostly order with Uber eats, and this restaurant always follows my instructions and writes nice messages on subs which make my day!

Rude staff who told me when I corrected their mistake that it was mine. I said Italian herbs and cheese and he took out the white Italian and then blamed me for saying Italian. Well sir you have two different Italian breads, however I said herb and cheese. He actually said no you didn't and tried fighting it. Both my daughter and I heard herb and cheese and will never be going back to this location.
The nerve to ask for a tip at the end too, yes let me tip you for 5 cucumbers and 6 olives on a foot long after you told me I was wrong.

I just ordered two subs on Uber eats and when I got my order, I also received a free cookie! This employee is very polite and kind! Thank you for the cookie, I appreciate it! I recommend coming here if you’re craving a sandwich!

Probably one of the WORST subways that I have stepped foot in. Staff not friendly. Did not mention the extra charge. I will NEVER go to this location again and I strongly suggest that you find another subway that is around to go to. PUT THIS PLACE OUT OF BUSNIESS.

I made an online order for 2 sandwiches tonight. Employee refused to accept order as legitimate nor would he give a refund or offer any assistance whatsoever. I've emailed the company as well as left a complaint through the website. Website offers no refunds or atleast makes no such claims that they do.
