Freshslice is a large franchise, so I can only speak for this one location. It's really clean inside, the staff are nice, and there is plenty of parking in this large plaza - perfect for your pizza pickups.
This specific location has a special $6.99 promo for a medium pizza (only valid for pick-up, with a minimum order of 2 medium pizzas with 2-toppings each) - Please check with the store prior, as I do not know how long this promo is valid for).

My favourite was the BBQ Chicken Bacon Feast. I liked the creamy white garlic sauce instead of the standard tomato sauce, and it had chunks of bacon & chicken on every bite.
Combo feast basically had a little bit of everything on the pizza (mozzarella, pepperoni, mushrooms, red onions, green peppers & sausage).
The pizza quality is great overall. I'd recommend you to pre-order as they can get busy during peak hours.

The pizza slices are so thin, small and hard that a 11 inch is probably smaller than normal 6 inch at other pizza stores. Paid $20 for probably just 12 inch pizza.

Was looking for a fun way to celebrate a little girl’s birthday. I was buying her pizza from across the country and saw that Fresh Slice offers a heart shaped pizza! I asked the nice people at Williams if they could do something special on the pizza to make it more personalised and they really accomodated my requests. I would them 10 stars out of 5 if I could. Thank you so much for making her day!

Cashier didn't know how app orders worked -- and I kind of knew it before I even went. I've had trouble with this location swiping my rewards card properly so I kind of had a bad feeling about taking advantage of an in-app promotion and I was right. I went for the 2 slices for $4 deal that's available to members. You get a QR code to be scanned but the cashier just gave me a blank look and shrugged. No "let me talk to the manager" or nothing -- just a shrug and the word "sorry" to dismiss me. I'll wait three months for new staff or for these ones to be trained before I try this location again.

Employees at the Broodmore location should really take hand hygiene a little more serious. I I witnessed a young lady take out two bags of trash through the front door. She then came back in and proceeded to take my order. Not once did I see her wash her hands or use some kind of sanitizer before handling my food. After handling garbage, touching door handles and touching key pads, doesn't it make sense to wash your hands before handling food? Hate to see how she preps food in the back. I didn't find it as funny as she did.

Great location! Amazing staff! They do hot lunch programs! Always delivers on time and the pizzas are warm! If you are looking for a pizza place in Richmond it must be this one! Great place to order pizza or buy slices!
