We have experienced the worst customer experience at this location today. There was a lady named Fatima was so much rude. She was taking order and talking behind in in her own language.While ordering we were just asking for extra cream when she got so rude and show the bad attitude. Even after that
Was recently here on a layover. As to be expected, it was extremely busy, yet they were equally understaffed and overworked. Despite this, the employees kept going. From someone who’s worked in the service industry, they deserve a raise. The bagel was fresh and dark roasted coffee hit the spot.

Decent service, limited food selections. Coffee is good.
The customer service was really good. My flight got delayed to NZ. I had smoothie at Tim Horton international terminal. The smoothie was really delicious and the girls were very friendly.
The cashier was wearing gloves while taking cash and using the same gloves to pick up doughnuts and muffins. There were some guests before me, who were served with food that is cross contaminated with germs. I told the lady who helped me if she used waxies for my muffins, she said yes but I doubt it
