It’s close to my house so we go 2-3 times a month. Dine in is still closed but take out and delivery. Pizza is great, lots of parking spots at good location.
Unfortunately no customer service and no time management.
Don’t believe waiting time especially weekend.

Ridiculous service and ignorant staff!!! They always mess up your orders even very simple and basic order of wings n pizza (this is not the first time). I asked for a butter chicken pizza and got a cheese slab that looks and tastes disgusting. Like even I can feel that it was not cooked properly. Al
$7 for delivery, but they would not tell me how much of the $7 goes to the driver. We are a 2 minute drive away, so if the driver gets it all...that's cool, but they were acting cagey about it. I'm not going to pay $7 for delivery and another $4 tip to the driver.

Decent place. Open late and a good option for quick filling late night food. The dining room is closed but take out was ready in 10 minutes. Easy to get to and lots of parking. The pizza was good, typical of pizza hut.
Very disappointed that dine in is still closed. Was forced to do take-out. This is one of the few remaining locations that can offer dine-in. Such a shame they refuse to open it. Lots of parking. Convenient location.
Convenient Pizza Hut in Richmond. The dining area is currently closed and there is takeout and delivery only. Limit of five customers in the waiting checkout area. Clean inside. Typical Pizza Hut pizza and sides. A bit on the oily side, but that's why it's good.
